'The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, which makes it very accessible. The front desk attendant was approachable and accommodating. I was especially glad that our reservation was honored despite it being a peak day on Valentine’s Day. The room facilities are generally good. However, upon entry, we noticed some stains and smudges on the bed covers. We immediately informed the attendant, and to their credit, the beddings were promptly replaced. The towels were very good, and the toiletries provided were also satisfactory. I do hope the management can improve the quality of the bed linens, as some appear worn out and would benefit from deep cleaning to maintain a crisp, white, and presentable look. Additionally, torn pillowcases should ideally no longer be used, or at least properly stitched before being issued to guests. Overall, with some improvements in linen maintenance, the guest experience could be even better....✌️❤️❤️❤️'

'삐걱거리는 깨끗하고 넓은 객실이지만 트윈 침대 2개가 살짝만 움직여도 삐걱거리는 소리가 납니다. 벽 장식으로 개선하면 좋을 듯합니다. 친절하고 배려심 많은 직원 오래되고 매우 시끄러운 에어컨 채널이 하나뿐인 매우 오래된 TV 세트(볼륨 포함 잠김) 음식은 보통이고 선택의 폭이 매우 좁습니다.'
