최근 뭄바이 힐튼 가든 인에 묵었는데, 전반적인 경험이 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 도착하는 순간부터 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 환대해주셨고, 전문적인 응대로 체크인도 매우 원활하게 진행되었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었으며, 힐튼 브랜드에서 기대하는 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다.

위치는 좋으나 호텔이 노후화 되었습니다. 가구, 바닥 등이 모두 비교적 낡았습니다. 침대는 불편할 정도로 단단합니다. 피트니스 룸은 상대적으로 작지만 필요한 모든 것이 좋은 품질을 갖추고 있습니다. 수영장은 햇볕이 잘 드는 편이지만, 라운저에는 얼룩이 가득해 특별히 쾌적하지는 않습니다.
푸네의 다른 호텔들은 상태가 훨씬 좋습니다.
아침 식사는 좋습니다. 잘 먹어라. 직원들은 물론 매우 친절합니다! 푸네에서는 사람들이 정말 좋아요. 불행하게도 우리는 두 번째로 엘리베이터 맞은편에 같은 방을 얻었습니다. 밤 늦게까지 매우 시끄러움. 아마 이 호텔에는 다시 오지 않을 것 같습니다.

I really enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again. I’ve been in other high rated hotels in this area of Mumbai and they weren’t as nice. My room was very clean, no stains. I felt very safe in the hotel it was quiet, and the staff were excellent. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious with many options. No complaints.

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. 리리뷰어최근 JW 메리어트 뭄바이 주후에 머물렀는데 대조적인 점이 많았지만, 궁극적으로는 장점이 단점보다 더 컸습니다.
도착하자마자 방 배정에 문제가 생겨서 처음 며칠 동안 2개의 방을 합치려고 하면서 여러 번 방을 옮겨야 했습니다. 숙박을 더 순조롭게 시작할 수 있기를 바랐기 때문에 약간 실망스러웠습니다. 하지만 3일차에 제대로 된 방에 자리를 잡고 나니 편안했지만, 조금 오래되었다는 느낌이 들기 시작했습니다. 바다 전망이 보이는 방이 2개 있었지만, 호텔 구조와 방의 위치에 따라 제한적으로 바다 전망만 볼 수 있어서 약간 실망스러웠습니다.
숙박 기간 중 가장 기억에 남는 순간은 의심할 여지 없이 로터스 카페에서 먹은 아침 식사였습니다. 선택의 폭이 넓어서 선택의 폭이 넓어서 예외적인 수준이었습니다. 셰프가 맞춤형 주문을 준비하는 라이브 스테이션이 훌륭해서 각 식사가 우리의 취향에 맞게 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사 서비스는 모범적이었고, 세심하고 친절한 직원들이 우리의 모든 요구를 충족시켜 주었습니다. 하지만, 매우 바쁠 때는 가끔씩 주문을 잊어버리기도 했습니다. 하지만 음식과 서비스의 전반적인 품질이 이런 사소한 실수를 보상해 주었습니다.
호텔의 위치는 큰 장점입니다. Juhu Chowpatty에서 도보로 조금만 가면 되기 때문에 활기찬 주변을 탐험하고 정통 길거리 음식을 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 영화 팬이라면 Amitabh Bachchan의 집(”Jalsa”)도 모퉁이를 돌면 바로 있습니다.
마지막으로 사소한 문제는 관례라고 생각되는 특별 웰컴 드링크가 제공되지 않았다는 것입니다. 아침 일찍 도착했기 때문이라고 생각하지만, 이런 수준의 호텔에서 시간과 상관없이 이런 음료를 제공했다면 좋았을 것입니다.

Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

객실은 항상 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었는데, 하우스키퍼 사친 덕분이었습니다. 바닥에 꽃잎으로 만든 예술 작품, 신발 밑에 가지런히 놓인 수건, 예쁘게 정리된 세면도구 등 그의 세심한 배려에 깊은 감명을 받았습니다. 진심으로 배려받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다.
프런트 데스크의 사프나 씨에게도 특별히 감사를 전하고 싶습니다. 마지막 날 아침 일찍 비행기를 타야 해서 조식을 객실로 가져다 달라고 부탁하는 등 정말 세심한 배려를 해주셨습니다. 그녀의 효율적인 서비스와 친절함 덕분에 편안하고 스트레스 없는 체크아웃이 가능했습니다.

The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
