Love the hotel however the staff were no warm and friendly the nicest was the bellman and front desk agent

This was my first all inclusive hotel experience in jamaica. It was excellent from check in point onwards. All staff members were exceptional, customer service second to none. The variety of food included traditional as well as other selections and was great. If there was a downside it would be the traffic noise that could be head from room 643, maybe a better sound barrier would help. Also even though it is not totally the responsibility of the hotel, they arranged for transportation to the airport, approximately 5 minutes away for which we were charged £37 for 2 people! A better choice of taxi driver who charges a fairer price should be considered. Despite that I would definitely use S hotel again and recommend to others, especially those who only trust the larger more commercial establishments

The staff at this hotel are very reliable and respectful. You are greeted with a smile , and they pass you in the hallway. They acknowledge you. The only 2 problems I had were the food and the activities. There need to be more options to choose from, and for activities, please please put more effort into it. I had nothing to do, and I didn't want to go on the rd .

The room we had was very spacious and comfortable however, there were small insects in the rooms and the locks on two of the windows were broken. The restaurant service was extremely poor, it took over 1 hour to get our meal order, the portion of food served for breakfast was limited. Hair was on the fruit salad for 2 consecutive mornings. Staff were very friendly especially Mrs Beverly. She was amazing!

Very clean and spacious, I would recommend for any adult to enjoy this resort. Single or a group you will have plenty to do.

호텔은 아름다운 잘 관리 된 호텔에 있으며, 방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 직원들은 일반적으로 이상한 1 ~ 2 개의 상호 작용을 제외하고는 환영했습니다. 체크인 과정에 큰 개선이 필요하지만 체크인 대기 45 분 동안 서있었습니다. 두 번째 방문입니다. 1 번째 방문은 길었지만이 행사만큼 길지는 않았습니다. 고객 서비스 에이전트가 사과를 하고 지연에 와인 한 병도 주셨습니다. 나는 메인 뷔페 지역의 음식이 매우 제한적이라는 것을 알았습니다. 파스타 역은 단백질 만 해산물 혼합을 위해 가지고 있었고, 엔터테인먼트는 존재하지 않고 해변이나 수영장에서 많은 흥분을하지 않았습니다. 스포츠 바도 아닙니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙소이지만 숙소 내에서 할 일이 많지 않아 휴식을 취하기에 좋았습니다.
