호텔에 패밀리룸은 없었지만, 가족 여행에 적합한 연결룸을 배정받았습니다. 객실은 넓었고, 저는 밖에서 음식을 먹어보고 싶어서 조식은 예약하지 않았습니다. 호텔에서 가장 가까운 식당을 찾았는데, 음식도 맛있고 분위기도 정말 좋았습니다. (Padang Tu Terasa Banger) 객실 사진은 없지만, 강력 추천합니다. 객실에서 보이는 전망도 최고였습니다.

Great and attentive service by the staff all round from the Reception, to the Dining and Housekeeping. And the location of the hotel is a plus point - so central to everything.

The room comes with a bath tub (the shower is within the bath tub). However, there is no curtain blocking the bathtub and the dry area so i found it a bit messy with water all over the floor. Breakfast is basic

호텔은 깨끗하고 해변가를 보았습니다. 음식은 아주 좋습니다. 나는 약간의 간식을 좋아한다. 나는 체육관을 경험했고 실제로 운동 장비가 너무 오래되었습니다. 다음에 체육관에 대한 좋은 경험을 바랍니다.

아침 식사는 아주 풍성했고, 프런트 직원분(8월 16일 밤 9시경 근무하던 남자 직원)이 작은 문제 해결을 잘 도와주셨습니다. 객실도 좋았어요(사진은 못 찍었습니다). 유일한 단점은 엘리베이터를 타고 식당 입구에 내렸을 때, 로비 안내판을 보고 한참을 헤매도 로비로 가는 길을 찾을 수 없었다는 점입니다(안내판이 불명확했어요). 알고 보니 식당으로 들어가서 중앙이 뻥 뚫린 수영장 방향으로 밖으로 나간 다음, 다시 건물 안으로 들어와 엘리베이터나 계단을 이용해야 했습니다.😵💫

We had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding attractions and enjoy the charm of Bukittinggi. The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking mountain view, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the mornings. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful scenery in Bukittinggi.
