수영장 시설을 갖춘 이스라엘 하이파 호텔

Our arrival/check in staff member wasn't so friendly or nice. The rest of the staff throughout our stay were very helpful and nice. The facilities were very clean and were in excellent shape. The shabbat lunch wasn't as good as the rest of the meals. The food for the rest of the meals was excellent. The signs on the 5 km walk need to be more clear throughout the entire walk. The hotel needs to move towards being more ecological: for example: in the room showers you should have nice dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner. No more single little plastic bottles. You should provide a water dispenser to refill paper cups instead of plastic cups.

Nous avons eu des punaises de lit au moment de notre coucher. Nous avons pris photos et vidéos. Il y en avait beaucoup. Le personnel de l’hôtel nous a transféré dans une autre chambre (belle suite) mais malheureusement nous n’avons presque pas dormis étant trop inquiets. Impossible de vous envoyer la vidéo.
