수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 자와텡가 호텔

The bed sheet was dirty, looks like they didnt change it at all. The pillow was dirty too, I called the room service twice to change it but they never came and I gave up. The door for the bathroom was broken and its really hard to open and close it, eventually it fell off the rail. One time the hotel lobby smelled so bad because the toilets are near and the doors are not closed. Somehow the receptonists doesnt notice the smells at all and we had to tell them.

During my stay at Hotel Nava in Tawangmangu, I found it to be a refreshing exception in an area where many hotels might feel a little outdated. Here’s a detailed look at my experience: Positives Modern and Proper The hotel maintains a contemporary feel and ensures that it doesn’t fall into the ‘outdated’ category, which is a common issue in the region. The facilities and the decor are well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for guests. Diverse and Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast at Hotel Nava is a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious foods. Whether you’re into local or international cuisine, the breakfast caters to different tastes and is a delightful way to start the day. Convenient Parking Options: The hotel offers convenient parking options, including spots in front of the hotel and areas close to the rooms that are especially convenient for guests staying on the second floor. This thoughtful arrangement adds a layer of convenience for guests, particularly those with a lot of luggage or those who prefer easy access to their vehicles. Negatives: Musty Room Odor: One downside was the musty smell in the room, which could be attributed to poor drainage or perhaps the room being unoccupied for a prolonged period without proper ventilation. This issue could detract from the comfort of the stay and might need immediate attention. Breakfast Management: Despite the quality of the breakfast food, the management and communication regarding breakfast arrangements could use improvement. Guests were not well-informed the day before about the breakfast setup, especially when accommodating large groups. On days when the hotel is fully booked or hosting groups, the restaurant either closes down or guests are asked to wait or opt for takeaway. Ideally, guests should be informed in advance to select breakfast timings, with separate arrangements made for groups to avoid overcrowding and ensure everyone enjoys their breakfast comfortably.

약간 오래된 호텔과 시설. 하지만 가격대비 큰 침대와 편안함은 추천드립니다. 특히 옥상에 있는 수영장은 스마랑에서 최고라 할 수 있습니다.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. 음식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴도 다양했고, 웰컴 드링크도 하루에 두 번씩 바뀌었어요. 직원들은 전문적이고 정말 친절해서, 특히 저처럼 사람들과 어울리는 걸 별로 안 좋아하는 사람에게도 좋았어요 (물론 사람들과 소통하는 걸 좋아하는 직원들에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다). 개선해야 할 점이 있다면, 투숙객이 체크아웃할 때 객실 청소를 꼼꼼히 하고 침구류를 교체해 줘야 한다는 거예요. 제 베갯잇에서 심한 냄새가 났는데 (아마도 교체하지 않았던 것 같아요). 문의했을 때 바로 대응해 주시긴 했지만, 이런 일은 앞으로 반복되지 않도록 해야 할 것 같습니다. 호텔 측에서 청소 담당 직원들이 다음 투숙객을 위해 객실을 청소하고 침구류를 교체하도록 관리해야 할 것 같아요.

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음 문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다. 나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

위치는 좋고 객실도 넓었지만 건물이 오래됐습니다. 호텔 슬리퍼는 제공되었지만 칫솔은 하나밖에 없었고, 4개의 객실을 예약했는데 욕조에 미끄럼 방지 매트가 없어서 여동생이 샤워 중에 미끄러져 넘어졌습니다. 다행히 심각한 부상은 없었고 허리와 무릎에 통증과 멍만 들었습니다. 호텔 측에서 좀 더 주의를 기울이고 관리를 잘 해주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 제가 도착했을 때 객실 앞쪽 벽에서 페인트칠을 하고 있어서 불쾌한 페인트 냄새가 났습니다. 이러한 점들 때문에 다음에 이 호텔에 묵을 때는 두 번 생각하게 될 것 같습니다.

나는 Alila 직원 모두의 따뜻한 환영을 좋아합니다. 너무 친절해요. 아쉬운 점은 방에 생수 2병만 있다는 것입니다. 보통 나는 적어도 4병의 생수를 얻습니다. 오늘의 시오메이 딤섬은 신선하지도 않고, 맛도 이상하고, 시오메이 껍질이 벗겨져 있어요. 우리는 이 피드백을 셰프에게 전달했습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 좋습니다.

11/10 만점에 11점! 고객 관계 담당자 Dita와 Zhafira의 서비스는 정말 최고였습니다. 수영장은 환상적이었어요. 조식 뷔페는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 웰컴 젤라또는 깜짝 선물이었어요. 객실도 완벽했습니다. 모든 직원분들의 서비스는 전반적으로 흠잡을 데 없이 훌륭했습니다. 저희 결혼기념일과 딸 생일을 위한 깜짝 선물은 정말 감동적이었습니다!
