It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.

The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

브로라에 갈 때 항상이 호텔을 사용하고 있습니다. 청결감도 있고 서비스도 좋습니다. 레스토랑의 식사는 아쉽게도 지금 하나이지만, 기타는 문제 없습니다.

제 생각에 이곳은 샤리아 호텔이라는 콘셉트에 딱 맞는 곳인 것 같아요. 모든 객실에 기도용품이 비치되어 있고, 기도 시간마다 아잔(기도 시간 알림) 소리가 울려 퍼지고, 넓고 편안한 기도실, 헬스장, 남녀 분리 수영장, 깨끗하고 꽤 넓은 객실, 꽤 잘 갖춰진 놀이터, 서양식, 인도네시아식, 중동식 등 다양한 메뉴가 있는 조식, 디저트까지... 아, 정말 모든 게 맛있었어요. 종류가 너무 많아서 다 먹어볼 시간이 없었네요. 주말마다 요리 강습이나 동화책 증정 행사 같은 무료 이벤트가 자주 열려요 (하지만 꼭 있는 건 아니니 직접 문의해 보세요). 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않으셔서 항상 반갑게 맞아주세요 🤍 객실만 예약 시 최저 200,000부터 시작합니다. 조식 포함 시 400,000부터입니다. #정말저렴해요 🤭 저렴한 가격을 원하시면 막판 예약이나 주말 예약은 피하세요 😁 호텔을 비교할 때는 같은 가격대의 호텔끼리 비교하는 게 좋다는 점을 기억하세요. 400,000부터 시작하는 호텔끼리는 비교하지 않는 게 좋습니다. 즐거운 휴일 보내세요 바아칼라후피쿰

I love coming to Magelang but hardly stay there because there’re not such well maintanied & clean hotels.  Knowing Artotel just opens, i purposely make a plan to stay in Magelang & try Artotel.   The room is super clean & big, also the bed in comfy. Huge shower space in  junior suite room, water pressure is strong. Eventhou water drainage is a bit slow but not a big deal.   I don’t have a chance to try the b’fast but i heard Magelangers like to have weekend b’fast in the hotel (so i assume their b’fast must be good😁).  The parkir is limited but valet is available.   All the staff are super friendly & helpful.   I really enjoy my stay & definitely will come back.  Artotel is highly recommended!👍🏼

전반적으로 좋았지만 서비스는 좀 더 개선할 점이 있었습니다. 다리미와 다리미판을 요청했는데 방으로 가져다주지 않았습니다. 와인잔을 요청했는데 두 시간 안에 두 번이나 가져다주었습니다. 오후 1시까지 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했는데 거절당했습니다.

여기에 머무르는 것에 매우 감동, 우리는 무료 업그레이드 룸을 얻었다. 호텔은 해변으로 직접 연결되어 있으며 24 시간 이용 가능합니다.

Great facility and great service. Free shuttle to Borobudur makes it so easy. Highly recommend!
