This is our 3rd times staying in this hotel. This time everything went well and we get a clean room with good service! Overall everything was good!

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan air terjun grojogan sewu sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki. Pelayanan bagus, view luar biasa

두 명의 어린이를 데리고 가기에 적합합니다. 트윈 침대를 선택하고 120x200cm 매트리스 1개를 선택하면 240 매트리스로 결합됩니다. 매우 넓습니다. 바로 옆에 자바 슈퍼몰이 있어 음식을 찾기 쉽습니다. 단지 건물이 낡았고...그리고 어제 작동해서 엘리베이터가 오래됐어요. 엘리베이터가 하나밖에 없어서 내리거나 올라가려면 오랫동안 줄을 서야 해요

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. 카스 호텔은 시내 중심가 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에서 나와 왼쪽으로 가면 퀸 시티 몰이, 오른쪽으로 가면 폴룩스 몰 파라곤 세마랑이 있습니다. 호텔 밖에는 낮과 밤에 영업하는 현지 식당들이 있습니다. 호텔 정문을 나서면 오른쪽에 아포텍이라는 약국이 있고, 맞은편에는 가격이 합리적인 인도마트가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 호텔 청결도는 개선이 필요합니다. 옷걸이 근처와 침대 옆 탁자 주변에 먼지가 많아 물티슈로 닦아야 했습니다. 객실에는 TV 앞 테이블과 침대 옆 탁자에 각각 하나씩, 총 두 개의 램프가 있었는데, 둘 다 탁자 위에 설치되어 있어 탁자 공간을 가리는 것이 불편했습니다. 웰컴 드링크는 작은 잔에 제공되었고, 호텔 투숙객을 위한 정수기는 없었습니다. 욕실 디자인도 아쉬웠는데, 샤워 후 물이 세면대와 변기 쪽으로 흘러넘쳤습니다. 유리 칸막이가 너무 작아 물이 마른 공간으로 새어나가지 않도록 막아주지 못했습니다. 샤워기 헤드가 천장에 고정되어 있어서 몸을 깨끗이 씻기가 좀 불편했습니다. 물이 머리에서 바로 떨어졌거든요. 천장에 고정되어 있어서 샤워기 헤드 각도를 조절할 방법도 없었습니다. 저희 방(318호)은 에어컨 컴프레서 세 대 바로 옆에 있어서 다른 호텔 투숙객들이 에어컨을 켜면 밤에 소음이 너무 심했습니다. 호텔에서 그랩 앱 사용자에게 상품권을 제공했는데 프런트 데스크 직원이 알려주지 않았습니다. 마지막 날 밤에야 로비 엘리베이터 밖 호텔 TV 화면에 상품권이 나와 있는 것을 봤습니다. 아쉽게도 지난 4일 동안 스마랑에서 그랩을 이용했음에도 불구하고 10,000루피아 할인 상품권을 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 객실 관리 직원과 컨시어지 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

호텔 자체는 괜찮았지만, 아쉽게도 방이 너무 더웠습니다. 에어컨 관리가 제대로 됐는지는 모르겠지만, 투숙 시작부터 체크아웃까지 방 온도가 24도였습니다. 직원이 두 번이나 와서 점검을 해줬지만, 그때마다 문제가 해결됐다고 변명만 늘어놓았습니다. (아마도 예의상 핑계를 대는 것 같습니다.) 조식은 정말 정신없었습니다. 사람이 너무 많아서 음식이 채워지는 속도도 느렸습니다. 호텔이 만실일 경우 좌석이나 조식 제공 시간을 미리 정해둬야 할 것 같습니다. 그래야 사람들이 음식을 조금씩이라도 먹을 수 있을 테니까요. 다시는 이 호텔에 묵지 않을 것 같습니다.

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음 문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다. 나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

My stay at Pollos Hotel & Gallery Rembang was truly amazing! 🌷 The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a calm, elegant atmosphere. A special thanks for the delicious dessert they gave me on my birthday 🎂 — they really don’t miss a thing!
