수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 슈롭셔 호텔

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Specifically bad service via email: Lis Frost & Richard Bowen

The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

This hotel was located just off the motorway, and fairly easy to find. Upon arrival/check in we were informed of our room number and given our key card, however no information was provided. ie (check out times, breakfast times, any of the bar/restaurant details, pool/fitness centre details. We had to go back and forth to reception through out to get the information we needed. Fortunately the staff were friendly and welcoming which made easy to approach them. Room was nice, bit cramped even for a king privilege room. Not much space to walk, too many unnecessary chairs. Room and bathroom was clean. Mini fridge was nicely stocked up with water and soft drinks for free. TV in the room was a smart tv, allowed us to watch Netflix via screen mirroring which was excellent. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Sockets and USB charging points on both sides of the room, great for charging multiple devices. Full length mirror and cupboard space to hang up clothes. Nice gown and slippers presented neatly on the bed. We did visit the pool facilities on multiple occasions during our stay. It was just a medium size. With a separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Pool water was nice temperature, slightly warm which felt really nice. Lighting in the pool area was poor, quite dimly lit. Lockers in changing area needs a padlock, as we didn’t know we didn’t take out. Some chairs are available on the pool side which we were able to put out things. Dining room was nicely laid out with ample space to move around. Breakfast had multiple options including vegetarian options available on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.

라이온 키를 두 번째 방문. 우수한 호텔 / 스파 아름다운 지역 객실은 깨끗하고 랑골렌 운하의 전망은 훌륭합니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 먹었고 버거와 감자 튀김을 먹었습니다. 솔직히 최고의 버거였습니다!! 직원들은 매우 친절하고 이전 방문에서 우리를 기억한 사랑스러운 터치였습니다. 그것은 많은 것을 의미하고 소중한 고객을 느낍니다. 확실히 추천하고 곧 돌아올 것입니다.

호텔 주소에 주어진 우편 코드는 우리를 호텔로 안내하지 않았습니다. 부동산 안에 있었기 때문에 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 호텔은 도로와 가깝지 않습니다. 도로 입구의 간판은 그리 눈에 띄지 않습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 건물은 인상적인 일부 로열티의 저택처럼 보입니다. 체크인은 매끄럽지 만 리프트가 없었으며 계단과 좁은 복도를 통해 무거운 짐을 두 번 올려 놓아야했습니다. 도움을주는 포터 나 자부심은 약간 성가신 것이 아니 었습니다. 아침 식사는 예상대로 표준 전체 영어 아침 식사였습니다. 호텔 주변의 잔디밭과 많은 큰 나무는 편안한 느낌을줍니다. 수영장과 체육관을 짓는 별도의 건물이 있습니다. 이 시설은 호텔 투숙객 전용이 아니었고 클럽에 가입하는 사람들에게 개방되어 있었습니다. 안타깝게도 숙박 당일 그곳에 사람이 많아서 그리워 하였습니다.

전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이 아니었고, 짧고 달콤하게 유지하고 세부 사항에 들어가기보다는 긍정적 인 점과 부정적인 점을 나열합니다. 장점 - 모든 직원이 친절하고 도움이 되며 위치가 좋습니다. 디럭스 룸을 예약할 수 있다면 외부 테이블과 의자가 있는 1층 객실과 골프 코스의 전망을 얻을 수 있습니다. jaqoozi는 없지만 치료와 스파 시설은 좋았습니다. 편안한 침대! 부정적인 점 - 조직, 나는 스파 데이와 점심을 먹었고 점심이 어디에 있거나 포함 된 것에 대해 설명하지 않았습니다. 나는 모든 질문을해야했습니다. 나는 점심에 15파운드 제한을 받지 않았기 때문에 나는 갔고 그들은 내가 차액을 지불할 것으로 기대했지만 그들은 그것이 불공평하다는 데 동의했습니다. 방의 청결, 욕실은 좋지 않았고 바닥에 손톱이 잘려지고 누군가 면도 후 욕조 주위에 100개의 작은 머리카락이 있습니다! 방은 매우 따뜻했고 밖은 그렇게 덥지 않았습니다. 더운 날씨에 선풍기를 주세요! 당신이 얻는 것에 대해 매우 높은 음식 가격, 특별한 것은 없습니다! 저녁 식사에서 음료를 마시는 데 30분이 걸렸고 버거와 칩을 마시는 데 65분이 걸렸습니다. 분명히 직원은 아프고 음료를 지연시키는 새로운 바 남자가있었습니다. 나는 당신이 지불해야하는 가격과 당신이 얻는 것에 대해 돌아 가지 않을 것입니다.

수영장은 좋았습니다. 서비스는 좋았습니다. 성인 2명과 어린이 2명을 위한 저녁 식사는 약 £50(2개의 코스)이었고 음식도 좋았습니다. IHG 회원이라면 정오 12시에 체크아웃할 수 있습니다.

The room had alot including a fridge, iron, iron board, cooling fan, hair dryer. The spa had an ice room steam rooms saunas heated pool and a few other spa treats I've forgot lol really good stay the breakfast is a buffet continental plus English breakfast.
