수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 퍼스와 킨로스 호텔

이 호텔은 정말 멋져요. 마치 거대한 성 같아요. 체크인할 때 지도를 주더라고요. 주로 휴가 온 나이 지긋한 외국인들이 많이 찾는 곳인데, 잘 알려지지는 않았지만 정말 환상적이에요. 객실도 아주 깨끗하고 전망도 아름다워요. 골프 코스와 드라이빙 레인지도 무료로 이용할 수 있고요. 프런트 데스크에서 골프채도 빌릴 수 있어요. 1층에는 스누커 공간과 수영장도 있고요. 아침 식사도 꽤 푸짐해요 (영국식 아침 식사도 양이 많지만, 중국에서 먹는 것만큼은 아니에요).

이 장소는 정말 숨겨진 보석입니다. 요리사와 주방(특히 미슐랭 스타 수준의 아침 식사의 Haddock과 Poached Eggs) 스파와 수영장은 위생의 좋은 수준으로 유지됩니다. 그러나 바 뒤의 직원(특정 5월 4일 토요일)에서 분명히 알 수 있는 서비스에 심각한 문제가 있습니다. 라운지에 앉아 있는 모든 손님이 레스토랑 호스트에게 주어진 슬픔을 목격하는 것이 분명했습니다. 바 뒤의 두 명의 개별적인 대기 직원이 제대로 배달이 고통스럽게 느린 레스토랑 음료 주문을 쫓을 때 가난한 태도와 도움이 되지 않아 인생을 비참하게 만들고 있었습니다. 바 직원의 부적절함. 프로비던스 호텔스의 사장님인 닐 휴스 씨와 블랑타이어 캐피탈, 페어트리 얼터너티브 부동산이 바 직원들에 불필요하게 끌려 내려오는 다른 직원들의 노력에 공평하지 않아 이 사실을 알게 된 시간입니다. 성능, 무능함 및 태도 아래.

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

The pitlochy hydro hotel is located higher up the hill. The room are well kept and maintained. Walking down the street need about 10-15min. The hotel has a large carpark. They have waiting area (also smoking areas) they have pools for u to enjoy as well

We enjoyed our stayed as a family but the service and food in the buffet style restaurant at night was very poor as food was cold and we were finished eating before we received our drinks. We eventually managed to speak to a manager about it. However, we have stayed before and ate in other restaurants and they were good. Upgrades to winter garden bar were nice but again service for drinks very slow. Overall a 6.5/10 stay.

On arrival we were allocated a very small, went back to reception and this was sorted. My gripe is the now £10.00 per day parking charge. However you can park elsewhere for free. This will now make choosing the Angus hotel as not a first option as the main reason for going is the spa facilities unfortunately they are now getting tired and in need of TLC as is the hotel.

Nice hotel in a great location. With good sized and clean rooms. The bar meals in the evening can be busy and they weren't able to accomodate for one night. Also, breakfast starts quite late at 8 am, so can be very busy a hectic when it does begin. A 7 am breakfast start would ease that and be helpful for business travellers and walkers with an early start.

Very nice scenic, good for couples or family to relax, enjoy the nature and the sun. Restaurant’s food is in good quality. Good selection of drinks. Room was a bit old with old carpet and bed. Probably need renovation. Evaluator not working so we need to take the stairs with our luggage’s.

This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The castle room was so comfortable, the spa was a delight and the Sandeman restaurant was a treat. The staff were beyond helpful and the surroundings were breathtaking. A very special stay in a special hotel.

The staff was more than great. Super friendly service and great logistic help.
