Muy limpio, una suite amplia y con vistas espectaculares. Muy buena atención

Stayed here for 1 month, on a BnB basis. Had a really good experience. Breakfast, although not exactly an English fry up, it was close enough. With the continental choice it provided more than enough range. Cleaning was efficient and thorough, the room was large and generally quiet, and check in was well organised. The hotel good for us, as it is not near the centre of Benidorm, but close enough, we had scooters, with buses direct to the airport below and a train station a 2mins walk. Superb. Not much noise from roudies, but when it did happen the staff reacted quickly, so only 1 nights problem. The culprit who we heard walking up the road to the hotel, and crashing through the corridors was evicted. Be warned, but good for guests. I would recommend and will return.

I had to wait for the very late flight. It would be good if the hotel has a more comfortable area to sit and wait. But otherwise the staff was helpful, the room lovely and the location is great.

Hotel is in a beautiful location right near the port I chose as was climbing peñon de ifach and this is situated close. My view from the room was beautiful rooms were immaculately cleaned everyday I also had breakfast which is also very good , good variety of hot snd cold food. Reception staff very helpful snd polite I would definitely stay here again snd recommend this hotel

- friendly staff - parking costs 19 € per night, but you can park in the streets for free - breakfast was ok, nearly all plates and glasses were dirty and the price of 16 € is a bit expensive for that - restaurant and rooftop bar was closed

If you have a standard room be aware that this overlooks a very steep rocky mountain! So that all you see through the window - Of like me you are a hot claustrophobic you might struggle with this bit you can upgrade to a superior room with a sea view which costs around 30 Euros more but of you book directly you maybe able to get a better deal. The staff were excellent friendly respectful and always helpful (like most Spanish people we met during our 10 day stay) - The rooms were clean and the breakfast very generous and varied. The beach is next door (10 min walk) and there's a swimming pool in the hotel - excellent access to bus and tram within walking distance - It took me a couple days to get used to the (standard) room but all in all it was a good experience!

마지막 날 밤에 가방을 도난당했습니다. 경찰은 전혀 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 휴대폰도, 돈도, 은행 카드도 없이 남겨졌습니다. 호텔 직원분들이 집에 있는 친척들에게 연락해서 귀국 항공편 정보를 받을 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 친척들은 호텔에 직접 숙박비를 지불했고, 호텔 측에서는 점심 식사, 공항까지 택시, 경찰 신고서 작성까지 도와주셨습니다. 정말 너무나 감사했습니다. 10박 동안의 숙박은 그 전까지 정말 좋았는데, 직원분들 덕분에 저희가 괜찮고 걱정하지 않아도 되었습니다. 위치, 청결도, 직원들의 친절한 태도를 고려했을 때 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Una estancia de 10 en todos los sentidos. No me imagino lo bien que debe ser en verano. La ubicación es perfecta solo que en temporada si o si tienes que contratar el parking. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas, modernas y de muy alto standing. La habitación y el baño muys amplios cómodos y muy servidos. Muchos detalles para el huésped. La vista es de lo más top que he visto en hoteles de este estilo. Un balcón enorme y con el mar/horizonte todo para tí! El comedor es un espectáculo visual en la disposición de la comida, da un gusto enorme a los sentidos y ya la calidad ni hablar (zumos naturales, omelette de jamón y queso brie, salmón, aguacate, crepes, neveras de yogures y helados, panes recién hechos, embutidos top )
