This hotel was a great choice for my business trip. The room was comfortable and quiet, which helped me rest well after a long day of work. The workspace was convenient and practical, making it easy to stay productive. The location was also very convenient, with good access to nearby offices and transportation. The staff were professional and efficient, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for your trip to Oravasky. Great location close to the castle and train station. Hotel room is big and super clean, with a comfortable bed. We could see the castle from our window, and there's a great view of it from the restaurant deck as well. Staff are friendly and the hotel restaurant is fantastic.

Excellent hotel with great spa and fantastic location for ski slopes. We had some disappointment when the Skoda car conference arrived as they had a party till 4am and our room was really loud as it was above the party. We were told no other rooms available.

시내 근처에 있는 현대적인 호텔입니다. 에어컨 소음 때문에 잠을 이루지 못했습니다. 에어컨 바람은 숨통을 조여 주었습니다. 에어컨 조절이 안 됩니다. 호텔 스파는 투숙객에게 포함되어야 한다고 생각하지만, 추가 요금이 부과되고, 스파 직원은 매우 무례하고 비전문적이었습니다. 리셉션 데스크에는 오후 10시에 문을 닫는다고 되어 있는데, 스파는 오후 9시 30분이라고 합니다. 직원이 오후 9시 15분에 촛불을 치우고 불을 켜기 시작해서 사실상 투숙객들을 쫓아냈습니다! 정말 끔찍했습니다! 태도도 최악이었습니다… 리셉션 바 직원들은 정말 정말 친절하고 전문적이었습니다! 주차는 유료이니 최소한 지붕이 있거나 지하에 있어야 합니다.

이 호텔은 최고급 환경을 자랑합니다. 오래된 건물을 세심하게 개조하고 보수하여 앞마당과 뒷마당을 마치 영국 공원처럼 꾸몄습니다. 객실 시설 또한 건물의 소박한 스타일에 현대 미술 요소를 접목했습니다. 객실에는 환영 선물로 마카롱이 제공되었습니다.
