바 시설을 갖춘 영국 랭커셔 호텔

Blackpool의 Best Western Carlton에서의 멋진 숙박. 직원들은 더 이상 도움을 줄 수 없었고 프론트 데스크의 여성은 매우 친절하고 수다스러웠습니다. 그들은 내가 유모차, 유아 및 2 개의 가방을 가지고 있고 혼자 있다는 것을 깨달았을 때 즉시 도움을주었습니다. 심지어 일을 더 쉽게 만들기 위해 방을 바꾸기도 했습니다. 사랑스러운 사람들! 단점은 얇은 벽이었습니다. 즉, 옆집 방에서 오전 4시 논쟁의 모든 단어를들을 수있었습니다! !

Great location directly next to the beach. Has a large carpark if you are driving however they charge £7 per night for parking. The hotel is dated but well maintained. The room was big with good beds however the walls are rather thin and you can hear the people next door quite clearly which made for a difficult sleep. Bring headphones if you are a light sleeper.

Clean room as always. Problem with key access but got there in the end. Always helpful staff

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

도착했을 때 컵은 매우 더럽고 끈적 끈적한 화장실은 제대로 청소 된 것처럼 보이지 않았습니다. 야간 관리자는 그가 한 일을 직접 청소해야했지만 처음에는 일어나지 않아야했습니다. 또한 소방문이 필요하다는 것을 이해합니다. 폐쇄되었지만 아침에 열려 있어야했습니다. 약 3 시간 동안 끊임없이 깨어 났기 때문에 전혀 행복하지 않았습니다. 우리에게 무료 음료를 제공하지 않았습니다. 다른 보상은 행복한 고객을 제공하지 않았습니다. 😡😡😡

호텔은 기차역에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있는 Lancaster 중심부에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 따뜻하며 침대는 편안했습니다. 주말 숙박에 이상적입니다. 

호텔과 입구는 훌륭하고 불만은 없습니다. 나는 시설이 깨끗하고 객실이 항상 세심하게 깨끗한 5마일 이내의 다른 호텔에서 단골이었습니다. 그래서 기대가 컸습니다. 내 방(250)에 들어서자 얼어붙었다. 나는 즉시 전기 라디에이터를 켜고 새벽 2시에 온도 조절기가 반복적으로 켜지고 꺼지는 것에 잠에서 깼다. 디지털 화면이 계속 켜지고 꺼져 내 방에 열광이있는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 매우 성가시고 숙면에 도움이되지 않습니다. 침대에 가기 전에 나는 샤워를 하러 갔고 당신처럼 거품이 나는 젖을 튀었습니다. 끝내고 나서 샤워 부스 내부를 씻고 문 손잡이 근처에 남은 비누 젖을 발견했습니다. 제가 닦으러 갔더니 이제는 비누가 아니라고 말씀드리죠. 절대적으로 역겹다. 이전 거주자는 분명히 기본적인 위생이 부족했으며 예상해서는 안 되지만 청소부는 세부 사항에 대해 더 예리한 눈을 가져야 합니다. 이런 종류의 것을 절대 놓쳐서는 안 됩니다. 참고용 사진 첨부.
