피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 머지사이드 호텔

We stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room. Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

Pleasant Stay with a Few Shortcomings My stay at the hotel it had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and a great way to start the day. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. While the room appeared clean overall, the linen had an unpleasant smell, which was off-putting. Furthermore, some areas seemed to be neglected in terms of cleanliness. Despite these issues, the hotel has potential, and I believe addressing these concerns would significantly improve the guest experience. I would give my stay a rating of 3 to 4 stars, as the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were notable highlights.

리버풀역 바로 옆이라 위치도 매우 좋고 기차여행도 매우 편리합니다. 맞은편에 박물관이 있고 주변 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 관리 사업은 매우 훌륭하며, 층에 들어가고 나가려면 카드를 스 와이프해야합니다. 호텔의 전반적인 장식 스타일은 매우 패셔너블하고 객실과 로비에는 유명한 그림이 가득하며 객실도 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 화장실이 너무 구식이고 물 내리는 소리가 너무 크다는 점입니다.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

위치도 좋고 방도 아주 넓었어요. 헬스장도 있고요. 하지만 체크인해 준 여직원의 서비스는 별로였어요. 아무런 설명도 없이 그냥 체크인만 하더라고요. 나중에 카페에 앉아 있는데 다른 여직원이 체크인하는 커플에게 헬스장, 세탁실, 근처 테스코 등에 대해 설명하는 걸 봤어요. 첫날 저녁 6시쯤 방이 여전히 추워서 프런트에 전화했어요. 그런데 하필이면 아까 체크인해 준 여직원이 전화를 받았어요. 에어컨 켜는 법만 애매하게 알려주고, 이미 몇 시간 동안 26도로 맞춰놓고 잤는데도 여전히 춥다고 했더니, 그 여직원은 아무런 도움도 주지 않았어요. 두 번 더 전화했는데도 소용이 없었어요. 새벽 1시쯤 너무 추워서 잠에서 깨서 다시 프런트에 전화했더니 이번에는 남자 직원이 전화를 받았어요. 아까 직원이 아무런 도움도 안 줬다고 하니까, 와서 에어컨을 확인해 주겠다고 바로 하더라고요. 그가 올라와서 에어컨이 난방 모드가 아니라 냉방 모드로 되어 있는 것을 알아차리고 다시 설정해 주었습니다. 정말 고마웠습니다. 휴대폰으로 확인해 보니 그날 밤 기온이 4도까지 떨어졌는데, 찬 공기와 비 때문이었습니다. 아까 다른 직원이 게을러서 6시간 반 동안 꽁꽁 얼어붙는 추위에 시달렸습니다. 정말 불쾌했습니다. 서비스 직원으로서 너무 비전문적이고 부적절한 태도였습니다.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a super bathroom with an amazing shower. Ate in both restaurants and really enjoyed our meals. Would definately recommend staying here!

새로 오픈해서 갔습니다. 모든 면이 새롭습니다. 방이 꽤 크고 깨끗합니다. 리버풀 대학교 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 리버풀까지 버스를 탈 경우에는 University Station을 선택하세요. 기차, 가장 가까운 것은 라임스트리트. 안필드 스타디움에서 비가 안오면 경기 관람 후 걸어서 돌아갈 수 있음 (택시 타는데 시간이 오래 걸리기 때문)) 호텔 조식은 서양식 조식이 꽤 풍성해요~ 작은 관광객도 있어요 프런트 데스크의 지도

This is a uniquely beautiful hotel in a historical building. The rooms are lovely with a huge shower and bath. The staff at check-in were super friendly and gave us a free upgrade on arrival. However, be wary of the bar. The serving staff were inattentive. We asked to see a menu and the waiter walked past us for a second time as though he had never seen us before. Drinks took a long time to arrive. We also had to request slippers twice from reception to successfully receive them. Overall, lovely hotel but the majority of the staff could do with extra training, especially the bar staff.
