호텔 위치는 정말 훌륭합니다. 특히 비틀즈 관련 명소나 음악 관련 관광지를 방문하고 싶다면 호텔에서 단 2분 거리입니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며, 커피, 차, 비스킷이 무료로 제공되었습니다. 객실 자체는 괜찮았지만, 침실 주변에 조명이 부족해서 조금 어두웠습니다. 샤워기의 수압이 너무 약해서 샤워하기에는 물이 부족했고, 결국 찬물을 사용해야 했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 환영하는 분위기였으며, 체크인과 체크아웃도 간편했습니다. 하지만 호텔 레스토랑 음식은 기대 이하였습니다. 영국 대표 음식인 피시 앤 칩스를 주문했는데, 감자튀김은 모두 타버렸고, 으깬 완두콩도 아무 맛이 없었습니다. 호텔 밖 ​​어느 식당에서든 훨씬 맛있는 음식을 먹을 수 있을 것 같습니다. 호텔 자체는 좋았는데, 음식이 아쉬웠습니다.

I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful birthday macaroon prepared by the hotel, adding a special touch to my stay. 침대사고(아들이 토함)로 인해 저녁늦게 방변경 요청을 들어주신 직원분들께 감사드립니다. 소파 베드가 있는 퀸룸은 유아가 있는 4인 소규모 가족에게 매우 적합했습니다. 피트니스 및 건강 시설 이용은 리셉션에서만 허용되는 키카드를 통해서만 가능했기 때문에 약간 번거로웠습니다. 체육관은 꽤 낡았지만.
