A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

Great stay. The staff is really good. The receptionist Theresa is very helpful. She arranged the tour as well. It’s just the city which is boring. Breakfast is average.

I stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The property was exceptionally well-managed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every staff member was professional, attentive, and respectful. As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important, and the team made me feel secure throughout my stay and while conducting business. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. 전반적인 첫인상은 실내 엘리베이터를 찾는 것이었습니다. 저는 플러스 사이즈 여성이고 외딴 지역에서 돌아와 도시로 돌아오는 길이라 가족과 함께 최고의 밤을 보낼 수 있을 거라고 기대했습니다. 방에 가려고 계단을 오르내리는 것만으로도 벌써 짜증이 났습니다. 객실 에어컨은 충분히 시원했는데, 경영진이 개선해야 할 부분이라고 생각합니다. 잭슨 국제공항 바로 근처에 있어서 위치는 이상적이지만, 개선이 필요합니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 순조로웠지만, 무료 조식은 훌륭했습니다.

이곳은 사진처럼 정말 멋졌어요. 포트 모르즈비에서 하룻밤 경유했는데, 이 도시에서 가장 상징적인 호텔이라는 소문을 듣고 꼭 가봐야겠다고 생각했어요. 공항의 멋진 전망, 친절한 환승 안내, 그리고 부지 한가운데 있는 오래된 DC-3 바로 위에 있는 멋진 레스토랑까지, 정말 실망스럽지 않았어요. 항공광들의 천국이었죠!
