房間很乾凈舒服，住得特別滿意，各方面服務也很好，主要安靜，景觀也好，可以一覺睡到自然醒！很棒的體驗！

Большой красивый номер со всеми удобствами (телевизор с netflix, капсульная кофемашина, сейф, даже компьютер). Хороший wifi, шумоизоляция. Из небольших минусов - в номере пахло сыростью. Убирались каждый день. Очень приятный персонал. Вид на океан только боковой из-за расположения отеля. Расположение отеля хорошее, на расстоянии 5-10 минут большой фудкорт и торговый центр. В 2 минутах набережная. Немного смутило, что если оставлять ключ на ресепшн, то он там лежит весь день на стойке не спрятанный, при этом ресепшн расположен сразу после ресторана и никакого контроля нет, то есть каждый может зайти и взять ключ от вашего номера, поэтому ключ стали забирать с собой. Завтрак очень вкусный, предлагают на выбор меню, из которого вы выбираете основное блюдо, также делают вкусный кофе, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок и свежевыпеченные мафины. Единственный момент - завтрак начинается в 7.30 и готовят его довольно неспешно, так что готовьтесь выйти с него не раньше 8.15/8.30 утра. Но неспешность это в целом про всю Африку)

Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.

I stayed here for one night as I was transiting Cape Town with a flight the following morning. The check-in experience was pretty quick and seamless, as my booking was pre-paid. I stayed here being fully aware of the carbon-neutral moto. The hotel appeared clean and tidy. The free shuttle from the airport was trouble-free. The directions to the pick-up was simple to follow. The pick-up was on time, and it was a very short ride to the hotel - literally a matter of minutes. The room I was allocated - 233 - was spacious and clean. However, I was surprised by the bizarre layout, especially with the way the shower and bedroom is almost open plan - only a screen separate the two areas. The toilet is separated by a door, though. Other than that, I had no major issues with the room. The bed was large and comfortable, my sleep was not disturbed and it was generally a positive short stay. The shower worked fine, it took a little getting use to the water-saving feature in the sink tap. The toilet flush may have a malfunction, because it would stay stuck when pressed, and required tapping for the button to return from a pressed state. I felt safe during my stay, and was reassured by the security procedures in place when booking an Uber - drivers are asked to scan their driving licence at the gate when entering the grounds. The drive to the V&A Waterfront was about 25-30 minutes. I had a late lunch at the hotel restaurant - Nuovo. The menu was okay, but not spectacular. I visited the restaurant when it was relatively quiet with diners. However, I found staff were not particularly attentive. It took a while before someone approached me and provided a menu. The vegan burger I order was nice, even if it looked a bit dry. It was the only chargeable thing I incurred, which I put on the room (250 ZAR to pay on check-out). The breakfast is a decent buffet of hot and cold food, plus live omelette bar. There’s also pancake making facilities, automatic coffee machines and more. On check-out, to my surprise, I was informed of bills totally 600 ZAR. I explained that I only had one meal at 250 ZAR, which the reception staff accepted. However, a few days later, I received emails claiming that I had an unpaid bill for 350 ZAR, which I had to explain again in my response (I did not receive further contact after that). I think this was a case of staff incorrectly reading a room number when processing, or a guest deliberately giving the wrong room number. I caught the shuttle back to the airport after checking out, again trouble-free. All-in-all, a very good airport hotel, and one I could easily recommend to others.

방은 매우 아름답고 이번에 가장 만족스러운 숙박 시설입니다. 창 앞에 테이블 마운틴이 있는데 일출, 일몰, 야경은 말할 것도 없이 정말 아름답습니다. 동화 속에서 살고 싶습니다. 서비스는 매우 좋습니다! ! 평가에서 왜 평가가 좋지 않다고 말하는지 모르겠습니다! ! 나는 혼자 여행하는 소녀이고 감히 도심에 가지 않습니다. 호텔 로비 관리자는 특별히 나와 함께 역까지 걸어 가서 사진을 찍는 데 도움을주었습니다. 우리는 아주 좋은 친구가되었습니다. 호텔 전체가 로비로 들어가는 통로부터 뒷마당 항구까지 구식 럭셔리를 드러내고 있습니다. 옆집 1w보다 훨씬 낫다고 생각합니다. 그 집의 전망은 많이 차단됩니다. 뷔페 식 아침 식사도 훌륭합니다! ! 굴 뷔페가 있습니다 ... 굴 머리에 너무 적합합니다. 나는 바베큐를 먹는 것을 좋아하지만 다음날 구운 정도가 다르고 뒷 주방이 특별히 나를 위해 다시 구워주었습니다. 아래층에는 훌륭한 식사가 있으며 요리사 / 주인은 여성이며 요리는 많은 문화 해석을 통해 이루어집니다. The duty Manager, Victoria, was great and very accommodating. It was our wedding anniversary and Victoria accommodated our request for a view facing Table Mountain. We were very happy about that. The housekeeping staff were brilliant, always smiling and joyful to all guests making them feel welcome. In terms of the restaurant/breakfast area, it was quite disappointing as we noticed some guests receiving more attention than others, and at times, felt as though we were ignored and invisible. Unfortunately, on our last day, we bit into a sharp and hard piece of what seemed like bottle plastic in the food from the buffet section. When alerting the restaurant staff, they did not really seem bothered about the danger it had should we have swallowed it.

We always enjoy our stay at Krystal Beach as it has an excellent sea view, good parking and it is very convenient to have a room close to the elevator as my husband has difficulty walking. Also very relaxing to sit on the deck at the marina. The breakfast is always delicious. Will definitely be back.
