Wonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

Everything was fantastic, hotel location, services and design of the hotel. I enjoyed the 2 nights there. Unfortunately the welcoming was not good for me as I waited for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Yes I came early before the check in time which is 2 Pm and I came at 11:50 and the front deck staff ( Eduard ) confirm to me that my room will be ready at 2 pm but till 3:10 pm only I got to my room after I esclate my issue to the front deck manager ( Peter ), the problem was not about the time I lost, but the attitude of front deck staff as he is looking to my face multiple times and he didn’t come to say sorry that your room not yet ready just to apologizing…

The hotel is located just outside of old Funchal which was about 10 minutes drive away. There are lots of good restaurants near by and nearest beach is appropriately 7-10minutes walk down from the hotel. Good breakfast options. Nice location for a sunset view from the outdoor pool area.

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Fue una estancia genial, y el trato excepcional, flexibilidad horaria para el cheking y buen ambiente. Estaba todo limpio y era muy cómodo, no había ruidos y el aparcamiento fue relativamente fácil de encontrar.

酒店服務很好，房間很乾凈，可以拼一張大床或者拆分成兩張單人床，房間面積大，雖然酒店歷史悠久但是養護的很好，有室內室外泳池，還有海上浮淺，酒店依海而建景色優美，酒店下部有一側靠懸崖類似上海松江的深坑酒店，離市區步行十五分鐘也算方便，門口就是公交站，早餐也很好。2月初當地的氣候真是宜人，空氣也非常好，值得再來。

호텔은 Lido 지역 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 호텔 주변의 훌륭한 레스토랑과 공항 버스는 호텔 바로 밖에 정차합니다 (환료 8 유로)! 직원들은 정말 친절했고 팀은 내 파트너의 생일을 위해 약간의 놀라움을 준비했습니다. 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 조식 뷔페도 선택의 폭이 넓어 정말 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설도 좋았습니다. 모두 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우리는 또한 호텔에서 구시가지까지 도보로 30분을 즐겼지만 모든 사람에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 많은 택시와 지역 버스 노선이 건너 뛰고 홉 거리에 있지만.

아침과 저녁 식사 패키지를 선택했습니다. 저녁 식사에는 4개의 레스토랑 + 뷔페 옵션이 있습니다. 불행히도 우리는 이틀 밤 동안 식사를 주문할 수 없었습니다. 뷔페는 정말 말하기 어렵습니다. 식사를 한 후 요리는 없습니다. 맛있는 음식, 배를 먹을 수 있는 유일한 것은 지불하는 음료입니다. 다음날 밤 우리는 여전히 포함 된 저녁 식사를 포기하기 위해 외출하기로 결정했습니다. 호텔은 유럽의 많은 노인과 노인으로 구성된 매우 전통적인 유럽 리조트 호텔입니다. 방에는 천장 선풍기가 있고 에어컨은 없지만 여름에는 밤에 꽤 시원합니다.
