Wonderful experience and the best hotel during our stay in Madeira. Perfect price and value proposition with a staff who are really customers oriented and friendly. Smaller hotel what is never overcrowded. Nice charming design elements. Very good breakfast with selection of local cheeses and meat. Real juice would be the only needed improvement and some pastel de Nata for the breakfast would add to the mandatory Portuguese experience. Otherwise 100% perfect stay. Excellent swimming pool with sea water. Yes. The rooms are somewhat dated but super clean and comfortable. I didn't came here to see golden chandeliers so l was super satistied! Excellent location and direct sea access. What more could one look for??

Second stay at this beautiful hotel! The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than perfect. The location is fantastic!

У отеля шикарная территория! В окружении гор, среди зелени и цветов. Вокруг тишина, поют птички - полный релакс! У нашего номера была своя небольшая терасса, где можно посидеть, наслаждаясь тишиной и красивыми видами. Рядом очень красивая тропа! Обязательно нужно по ней пройти. Завтрак шведский стол, не очень разнообразный, но нам хватало

A beautiful beachfront hotel that is perfect for romantic getaways and a cheaper alternative, yet still luxury, to standard 5 star hotels. Location wise the hotel isn’t great as it’s very remote from the strip/city centre and taxi prices are not particularly cheap in Madeira. The rooms are spacious and stunning, well worth it with a great selection for the breakfast buffet and plenty of restaurants/options for dinner. A lovely love band/musician plays every night which is also great. Overall a wonderful stay with much friendly staff, however if you are looking to do much sightseeing in Madeira, this hotel is not the best option unless a significant amount is left for travel.

Pobyt w hotelu byl cudownym doświadczeniem. Mieszkaliśmy w bloku C, przy samym oceanie, widoki obłędne. Hotel bardzo czysty. Zarówno śniadania, jak i obiadokolację, bardzo dobre. Szeroki wybór i bardzo dużo jedzenia, codziennie coś nowego. Każdemu polecę ten hotel, a jeżeli będę jeszcze raz na Maderze to zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

호텔은 Lido 지역 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 호텔 주변의 훌륭한 레스토랑과 공항 버스는 호텔 바로 밖에 정차합니다 (환료 8 유로)! 직원들은 정말 친절했고 팀은 내 파트너의 생일을 위해 약간의 놀라움을 준비했습니다. 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 조식 뷔페도 선택의 폭이 넓어 정말 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설도 좋았습니다. 모두 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우리는 또한 호텔에서 구시가지까지 도보로 30분을 즐겼지만 모든 사람에게 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 많은 택시와 지역 버스 노선이 건너 뛰고 홉 거리에 있지만.

호텔 서비스는 매우 좋으며 객실은 매우 깨끗합니다. 큰 침대를 만들거나 싱글 침대 2 개로 나눌 수 있습니다. 객실은 넓습니다. 호텔은 오랜 역사를 가지고 있지만 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 실내 및 실외 수영장이 있으며 바다는 얕습니다. 호텔은 바다에 따라 아름다운 풍경을 지었습니다. 호텔 아래쪽에는 상하이 송장과 비슷한 절벽에 가까운 Shenkeng Hotel이 있으며 도시에서 도보로 15 분 거리에 있으며 버스 정류장이 문 앞에 있으며 아침 식사도 매우 좋습니다. 2 월 초 현지 기후는 정말 쾌적하고 공기는 매우 좋으며 다시 올 가치가 있습니다.
