Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

클락에서 가장 비용 효율적인 호텔입니다. 어디든 가기 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 건물에 아주 좋은 광둥 해산물 레스토랑이 있습니다. 가격이 매우 저렴하고 중국인 관광객에게 적합합니다. 호텔 밖에 미니 골프 연습장과 크리켓 코트가 있습니다. 주말에는 많은 지역 주민이 있고 스포츠 분위기가 매우 좋습니다.

예약 시 공항 교통편을 요청했습니다. 호텔 경영진은 나에게 응답하지 않았습니다. FB 메시지를 통해 업데이트를 요청하는 메시지를 보냈지만 그들은 답장을 하지 못했습니다. 그 지역 주변의 유일한 비즈니스 호텔이기 때문에 막힐 여유가 있습니다. 대체적으로 장소는 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 체육관이나 기타 시설은 없습니다. 그들은 아직도 문 열쇠를 사용하고 있습니다.

전반적인 경험은 괜찮았고 더 좋을 수 있습니다. 수영장은 매우 잘 관리되고 깨끗했으며, 해변은 환상적이었습니다. 손님에게 제공할 수 있는 다양한 활동이 있으며 호텔은 정말 훌륭했습니다! 우리가 예약한 넓은 객실은 최대 8명까지 수용할 수 있습니다! 우리의 하룻밤 숙박은 휴일에 비해 붐비지 않았고 사람도 많지 않았지만 우리가 경험하는 침체는 우리가 받는 서비스가 느리다는 것이었습니다. 우리는 수영장 중 하나를 사용하고 비치 타월을 요청했습니다. 30분 이상 기다리고 후속 조치를 취한 후 포기하고 떨면서 호텔로 걸어갔습니다. 우리의 요청을 도와준 인명구조원은 사람이 별로 없는데도 청소가 느리고 핑계가 많다고 말했습니다. 두 번째는 Naya 레스토랑 바 앤 그릴에 있었는데, 레스토랑이 가득 차지 않았지만 주문이 제공되기까지 1시간이 걸렸습니다… 전체적으로 시설이 너무 좋았어요!

호텔이 장단점이 뒤섞여 있네요. 음식은 훌륭했지만 직원은 훌륭했고, 직원은 형편없었습니다. 장기 사귄 파트너에게 신분증을 요구하며 억지로 도착해서 게스트로 받아주지 않았습니다(필리핀 여행은 처음입니다). 항공편 지연으로 하루 숙박을 잃었고, 휴식이 필요했습니다. 수영장에 도착해서 파트너와 저는 카드 게임을 할 수 없다고 했습니다. 체크아웃은 추가 요금을 내야 했고, 30분 추가는 무료였습니다(하루 숙박을 잃었음에도 불구하고요). 아주 좋은 호텔이 될 가능성이 높지만, 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 하지만 메시지 전달이 너무 혼란스러워서 불편하고 환영받지 못하는 느낌을 받았습니다. 좋은 고객 서비스 교육과 이를 적용하는 방법이 절실히 필요하고, 일부 직원들은 잡워스적인 태도를 버려야 합니다(그들이 중요하다고 느끼도록 보여줘야 합니다).

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience at Gelly Bean Home Stay at Azure Residences in Pampanga during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a serene environment that provided us with the relaxation we were seeking. The amenities were top-notch, and we were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room. It was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with our queries and needs. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable and special. We also loved the cozy common areas which were perfect for lounging and enjoying each other's company. One of the highlights of our stay was simply unwinding by the pool and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The property is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect backdrop for some memorable photos. Furthermore, the location is great for exploring Pampanga, with several local attractions and restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay at Gelly Bean Home Stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Best services.. staff all very kind

The place is nice and relaxing. They just need to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and the kawa. We find the kawa not suitable to dip in it. Marami na siya kalawang. We would like to try their activities and fresh veggies picking but we run out of time. Will book again and looking forward to a more clean bathroom. All their staff are friendly and accommodating.
