호텔 직원들은 매우 친절하고 편안했습니다. 매우 예의 바르고 아침 식사 메뉴를 개선해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 인도식 아침 메뉴는 기대에 미치지 못합니다. 더 나아가 비스킷이나 쿠키를 객실에 비치해 두거나 제공해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 차와 커피 머신도 준비되어 있으면 좋겠습니다.

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

Its very clean room. Everything was ready upon check in. There is garden in the middle of the hotel with nice rooftop restaurant. Definitely coming back for my next trip.

This was my first time staying in the hotel, I liked everything but I must say the hot water doesn’t always work and sometimes had to be turned on for a while before working. But aside from that my friend and I really like the staffs attitudes, they were so nice and accommodating. Will be staying again.

아침 식사와 엑스트라 베드를 제외하고 다른 모든 것은 괜찮습니다. 방은 매우 큰데 조금 낡았고 혼자 하기에는 조금 무섭습니다

Every thing was awesome, manager staffs. They are so humble really now we are missing them. It was a wonderful experience specially about the fragrance they are using it was just wao. And also food we ate there it was so delicious. We can’t even get in many restaurants of india. When we were having lunch i called my mom just to say the food is so good. Thanks to all team of this hotel they made our stay a memorable part of our life. Don’t worry we will come again. This is not just a review but its our wonderful experience we have there.

사장님도 너무 친절하시고 호텔 직원들도 너무 열심입니다. 비가 오면 우산과 택시를 타는 것을 돕기 위해 주도권을 잡았습니다. 매우 정중합니다. 방은 제 시간에 청소되었고 청소는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 여기에 중국 음식도 있습니다. 특히 맛있습니다. 여기 사는 것은 내 집에 있는 것처럼 느껴집니다.

The hot water doesn't work I had to call the receptionist several times for it to work room no 401 everything else is fine
