衞生還行，沒有很乾凈，但還可以接受

我們是在中國澳門🇲🇴那邊過馬來西亞🇲🇾自由行的，在吉隆坡玩了 3 天，順便過去馬六甲玩 2 天，我們 8 個人住一起，在網上找了很久，在偶然間看到這套房間，有 3 房 2 廳 1 廚 3 衞， 太適合我們了不用爭搶洗漱間，房間很大很乾凈是剛翻修的，環境不錯，設施設備齊全，但是美中不足的是，有一個小房間的牆壁滲水了，因為那個牆是對着套房的洗手間，小房間的門後邊隱藏了一個迷你洗漱間，三個洗漱間都配有熱水寶，用熱水洗澡沒問題👌雖然是樓梯房，但是房主很貼心地做了個給長者家上下樓的電動椅，老闆是華僑全程無障礙交流，完全不用見人都是自助入住自助退房，來去都是微信交流，講的都是互相信賴，有事就在微信和老闆説，問題馬上就能解決😊最最最重要的是，他家樓下就是葯房老闆自家開的，樓下就是食街，到處都有餐廳，附近幾百米就有商場/夜市！而且這麼大套房價格也不貴！值得入住，體驗很棒👍

對於想逛Jonker Walk、紅屋、清雲亭、古城牆等地方的朋友，這是個絕佳的地點。非常靠近景區，步行範圍～ 房子是舊式建築，空間很大，有兩層樓。樓下是客廳和飯廳。有卡拉OK系統，客廳有一個很舒服的沙發，不想睡樓上卧室的人，可以睡在沙發上，寬度可以當作床～ 二樓是卧室，空間很大，一張雙人床和一張特大雙人床。還有一張長的沙發（同樣可以當床睡），和2張單人沙發～ 廁所樓上樓下都有，挺方便的～ 管理層提供4條超大的毛巾，浴室內也有洗髮水和沐浴露。枕頭也很足夠。 雖然寫着衹能住4個成年人，但是，6個成年人入住，也是沒問題的～

Spacious, clean & comfortable homestay for 10 persons and above. Location is convenient for a short walk to Melaka Raya area if you're the walking type. 5 mins walk to Newton Food Court. Otherwise, it's accessible to town area by car easily, depending on traffic conditions. It's right beside a Shell station, easy to find. Rooms were good, clean and place was well kept. If there's a miss, it's that it may be tough to park as it's right by the main road, so timing and direction from where you approach the house is crucial. There's a narrow alley by the side that can accommodate 3 cars, but make sure you leave enough space for bikes to pass as there are people living behind the property. All in all, nice place for big family gathering in Melaka.
