밀라노 말펜사 공항 근처에 있는 아늑한 호텔입니다. 리셉션 직원들은 언어 장벽(러시아어를 할 줄 아는 사람이 아무도 없음)에도 불구하고 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않았습니다. 통역사를 통해 소통이 원활했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 편안한 침대, 샤워 시설, TV가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 필요한 모든 것이 다 있었습니다. 호텔에서 공항까지 운행하는 무료 셔틀 서비스도 매우 유용했습니다! 모든 것에 감사드립니다! 다음에 밀라노에 오게 된다면 꼭 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다! 가격도 매우 합리적이었습니다!

믿을 수 없는. 깨끗하고 아늑한 객실입니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절해요. 도심까지 가려면 조금 걸어야 하지만, 호텔이 그만큼 가치가 있어요. 객실에 멋진 테라스가 있어요. 문을 열고 안으로 들어서는 순간부터 집에 온 것 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 우리의 이름으로 쓴, 행복한 숙박을 기원하는 편지(우리의 마음을 사로잡았어요) 모든 직원 여러분께 감사드립니다. 우리는 분명히 다시 방문할 것입니다.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

공항버스터미널과 300미터 거리에 있어 교통이 편리합니다. 프론트 데스크는 정중하고 친절했습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 풍부했습니다. 방은 작지만 비싸고 깨끗합니다. 유일한 단점은 티슈 상자에 종이 두 장만 있고 샴푸 병이 비어 있다는 것입니다. 전반적으로 단점이 장점을 숨기지 않으며 토리노 출장의 첫 번째 선택입니다.

The location is quite convenient. Station, shopping and sightseeing.

Les pongo un 10.Sin duda lo recomendare a familiares y amigos. Se trata de un Hotel con un personal muy atento,buen servicio y comunicación. Al principio tenía ciertas dudas porque había leído malos comentarios de la zona, pero durante mi alojamiento no vi y sentí que estuviese en peligro. Como todo lugar hay que tener cuidado si vas de noche por calles oscuras. En lo referente al hotel como ya he dicho nos han tratado muy bien.Nos han resuelto cualquier duda y han estado disponibles siempre que lo necesitamos. Como única pega el colchón de la cama que nos ha tocado estaba un poco cedido por un ldo por lo que notabas como se hundía al acostarte pero no ha afectdo a mi sueño. Repetiré en mi próxima visita a Torino.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

Loved the hotel, staff was warm and friendly, breakfast was short, sweet and simple. Room service and cleaning was good. Location was convenient as well, transport, shops and city 15 minutes away by public transport. Rooms were good as well and very comfy.

Хороший придорожный отель. Большие теплые комнаты, очень большая ванна (по итальянским меркам) есть шампунь и мыло. Удобная кровать и подушки. Завтрак итальянский.
