위치, 위치, 위치! 기차역에서 몇백 미터밖에 안 되지만, 아스팔트가 아닌 길을 500미터나 캐리어를 끌고 가는 건 정말 힘들었어요. 구시가지까지는 걸어서 가깝고, 폼페이 등 다른 관광지로 기차를 타고 이동하기도 편리합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 영어 소통도 문제없었습니다. 오전에 일찍 도착해서 짐을 맡겨놓고 구경하러 나갔어요. 치안도 괜찮았고, 경찰 아저씨들과 경찰차가 곳곳에 보였습니다. 아침 식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요. 방은 꽤 넓고 층고도 높았는데, 광장 쪽은 좀 시끄러워서 잠자리가 예민하신 분들은 고려해봐야 할 것 같아요. 하지만 광장 쪽에서는 산이 보입니다.

전반적으로 숙박은 좋았어요. 위치는 정말 최고였습니다. 주변 지역도 매우 안전하다고 느꼈고, 둘러볼 만한 번화가와도 가까워서 편리했어요. 제가 머문 8인실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 에어컨도 잘 나왔습니다. 특히 방에 화장실이 두 개나 있어서 매우 편리했어요.
체크인할 때 프런트 직원분은 매우 친절하셨고, 24시간 상주한다고 안내해 주셨습니다. 하지만 아침 7시에 체크아웃을 하고 공용 냉장고에 보관했던 음식을 찾으려 했을 때, 문제가 발생했어요. 직원을 찾는데 한참 걸렸고, 제가 보관해둔 음식을 가져가는 것에 대해 매우 불친절하게 대응했습니다. 주방 마감 시간을 이유로 들었는데, 이 시간은 주방 밖이나 다른 어떤 곳에도 고지되어 있지 않았고, 체크인할 때도 전혀 안내받지 못했던 내용이었습니다. 마지막에 겪은 이러한 경험 때문에 떠나는 발걸음이 매우 불쾌했습니다.

위치가 아주 좋습니다. 입구가 부두 바로 맞은편에 있어서 해변을 따라 산책하고 저녁에 식사를 하기에 매우 편리합니다. 나폴리 궁전과 가장 활기 넘치는 보행자 전용 쇼핑가와도 가깝습니다. 풍성한 조식과 바다 전망을 자랑하는 정식 호텔입니다. 강력 추천합니다.

이 호텔은 다른 호텔을 개조한 것입니다. 옥상에 있는 큰 간판에는 아직 예전 이름이 그대로 남아있습니다. 유리문에만 새 로고가 붙어 있는데, 저는 그걸 찾으려고 두 바퀴나 돌아야 했습니다.

나폴리에서 2박하기 좋은 호텔입니다. 나폴리 중앙역과 주요 상점 및 레스토랑과 가까운 곳에 있습니다. 하지만 호텔 밖은 더럽고 시끄러워서 거리에 쓰레기와 쓰레기가 널려 있습니다.
직원들은 매우 친절하고 환영해 주었고 잘 돌봐주는 것 같았습니다. 객실 자체는 기본적이지만 며칠 묵기에는 완벽했습니다. 침대는 편안했지만 베개가 더 필요했습니다! 샤워는 수압이 세지만 따뜻해지는 데 1분이 걸립니다.
지불한 가격에 비해 시설과 서비스에 만족했습니다.

기차역 바로 맞은편에 위치해 있어요. 경찰차와 경찰서가 항상 아래층에 있어서 편리하고 안전해요. 지하철, 버스, 그리고 폼페이행 기차도 모두 이용 가능합니다. 잘 정비된 호텔 같은 느낌이 들어요. 가성비 최고예요.
퍼스트 피자 앤 프라이드 피자까지 걸어갈 수 있어요.
방은 꽤 넓고 작은 발코니도 있어요. 다만, 굳이 안 가도 객실 청소부가 들어와요...
조식은 별로였어요. 항상 작은 파리가 가득했거든요.

호텔의 장점은 위치가 특히 좋다는 것입니다. 입구는 chiaja Road의 작은 마당에서 찾기가 쉽지 않습니다. Zhou Wei 관광 지역은 매우 안전하며 brandi 피자 가게 (Margaret Pizza의 발명가)는 아래층에 있습니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 좋은 레스토랑이 있습니다.
객실은 상당히 만족스럽고 시설은 오래되었으며 살 수 있습니다. 이불에는 이불이 없으며 담요 (이탈리아 전통)가 있으며 익숙하지 않은 사람들은 체인 호텔을 고려할 수 있습니다.

這家酒店很漂亮，整個園區搞的都很漂亮。設施也很新，裏面還有一次性拖鞋。早餐品質也很好，感覺是在意大利為數不多的性價比很高的酒店，下次去了還願意住這裏。

4 일 동안 머물면서 아침 식사 품질이 좋고 웨이터가 정중하고 전통적인 오래된 유럽 스타일입니다. 호텔 홀은 이탈리아의 현대적이고 단순한 스타일로 장식되어 있으며 대리석 바닥은 우아하고 시크합니다. 객실은 바다 전망을 가지고 있으며 일몰을 즐길 수 있습니다. 수영장과 샤워 실은 부드럽 지 않습니다. 수리에 대한 해결책이 없습니다. 오늘 아침 체크아웃을 하고 점원이 실제 소비보다 60유로 더 많은 지불을 요구했다. 그는 우리가 저녁을 먹었다고 말했고 저녁을 먹지 않았다고 대답했다. 그는 그것을 확인하고 몇 분 후에 먹지 않았다는 것을 확인했다고 말했다. 그것은 매우 당황 스러웠습니다. 더 복잡해 보입니다.

리리뷰어아내와의 20년만의 나폴리 여행으로 저희 호텔을 이용했습니다.
나폴리 중앙역 주변의 치안에 대해서는, 사전에 우려하고 있었습니다만,
20년 전과는 달리, 역 주변에는 다수의 경찰관이 배치되어 있어 체재중, 치안의 나쁨을 느끼는 것은 없었습니다.
또, 나폴리 중앙역은 대중교통기관의 요지이며, 시내 관광에서의 버스나 지하철에의 액세스가 용이하기 때문에,
관광의 거점으로서 대단히 편리성이 높다고 실감했습니다.
호텔의 스탭 분들은, 여러분 정중하고 신뢰할 수 있는 대응을 해 주셨습니다.
객실은 충분히 넓고, 청소도 세심하고, 침구나 수건도 청결하고 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다.
동계의 체재였지만, 실내는 따뜻하고, 기분 좋은 체재가 되었습니다.
개선점을 꼽으면 Wi-Fi 연결이 불안정하고 속도가 느렸다는 점,
객실에 전기 주전자가 갖추어져 있으면 더 편안하게 보낼 수 있었는지 알 수 있습니다.
그렇다고는 해도, 일반적으로 만족도가 높은 체재이며, 다시 나폴리를 방문할 기회가 있으면, 꼭 이쪽의 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

放放浪旅まず、ホステルでなく駅前のホテルでこの値段は破格。中央駅からは距離的に近いけど、ナポリは石畳のガタガタ度がエグくて道のりが遠く感じた（笑）部屋はめちゃくちゃ狭い。こんな狭いホテルがあるんだって逆に感心したくらい。何故かGoogleマップが指し示す場所がホテルの裏側で、地元の人に案内されてようやく辿り着けたので注意した方が良い。エレベーターがないから大きな荷物を持った人は大変そう。アメニティはシャンプーのみ。あと、寝てるうちに変な虫に８箇所も刺されて（吸血痕がないからダニではないと思う…）、しかも右手を集中的に刺されて右手がパンパンに腫れ上がった😂 掻いてもいないのに刺された場所が膿んでくるってヤバいのかな…
ただ、従業員さんはみんな親切だった！無料の朝食も美味しかった！

Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.

LLKHKerMy family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wanted—restaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and more—was just a few steps from the guesthouse.
The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here.
We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences.
The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functional—not designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city.
On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.

@@alamarjiThe stuff are polite ,welcoming and nice ,close to central station by walking ,the breakfast buffet is good ,you can have sweets ,juice and coffee unlimited, the negatives are old building, old furniture and bathrooms but still functioning, my room had no close power plugs to the bed and i was in high need to check my phone over the whole night which made me forced to wake up from the bed going to the table where i could attach the phone .
For those who ask about : No built-in safe inside the rooms ,no kittle ,no refrigerator
There is air-conditioning, good noise isolation

LlymaWonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm.
The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful.
Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries.
Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

우리는 옆집 호텔로 업그레이드되었습니다.
위치는 매우 가까우나(가리발디 또는 나폴리 센트랄레까지 지하철 역 1개) 지역이 꽤 더럽고 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다.
호텔 방은 매우 깨끗했고 시설은 최고 수준이었고 가격 대비 좋은 가치를 지녔습니다. 아침 식사가 포함되어 있었지만 아침 일찍 출발해야 해서 아침 식사를 하지 못했습니다.
내가 가졌던 가장 큰 불만은: 방이 5분 안에 준비될 것이라고 말하면서 우리를 계속 기다리게 했지만 1시간 이상 걸렸습니다. 물론 우리는 12시에 도착했고 가방을 창고에 맡길 준비가 되어 있었지만 그들은 계속해서 5~10분 안에 도착할 것이라고 말했습니다. 방을 준비하는 데 75분 정도 걸렸습니다. 내가 그들을 대면했을 때 그들은 그것에 대해 전혀 사과하지 않았고 실제로 그들은 호의를 베풀고 있다고 말하고 있었습니다...

리리뷰어The Bellini House was a really cute B&B experience!! My favorite thing about it was the staff. The girls were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. There are only a handful of rooms, so it felt really cozy here. The breakfast and hangout area was right outside of my door, which made me feel close to other guests and safe, especially as a solo traveler. There were drinks and snacks that you can help yourself to and a ”honesty box” system. The breakfast was a wide selection of pastries, fresh squeezed juice!! and eggs that were made to order.
The room was big but quite basic. It was also sufficiently clean! Please note that there is no elevator here and The Bellini House is located one floor up from the ground floor, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
