Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads.

整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

호텔은 고대 도시 마테라에 위치하고 있으며, 호텔의 로비, 레스토랑, 객실은 모두 동굴의 원래 특성을 살려 디자인되었습니다. 방의 목재 창문을 열면 마테라의 랜드마크 건축 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다. 고대 동굴 도시. 방 난방이 충분합니다. 시간이 충분하면 SPA 예약을 할 수 있습니다. 나가서 고대 도시를 방문하는 것이 매우 편리합니다.

The best hotel I have visit for this trip. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Easiest way to reach hotel is to go to Matera Centrale via ferrovie train from Bari Centrale. Than a bus near the train station will fetch you the doorstep. Very efficient location.

특별한 경험. 장거리 버스 정류장에서 호텔까지 10유로에 택시를 타십시오. 운전사는 올라가야 할 계단이 있기 때문에 수하물 운반을 돕기 위해 호텔 직원에게 전화를 걸었습니다. 호텔은 주로 촛불을 밝히는 가장 원시적인 숙박 조건을 유지하고 있습니다. TV가 없습니다. 온수 상태가 좋지 않아 한동안 수리하지 않았습니다. 보상으로 우리는 체크아웃을 늦추고 밤에 마테라를 떠났다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 프론트 데스크도 매우 환영합니다. 뜨거운 물을 끓이고, 탑승권을 인쇄하고, 택시를 부를 수 있도록 도와주세요. 이 지역에는 많은 동굴 호텔이 있습니다. 이 호텔은 매우 정통하고 고품질입니다.

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.

離市中心太遠了，不方便。 酒店環境不錯，早餐也不錯。

This is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!
