Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking. The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location. I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place. I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room! I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused. Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside. I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees. After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages. The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water. It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.” She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me! I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts. Don't give this rude lady business. I never did get to play a game of billiards.

호텔의 위치는 훌륭하고 해변과 매우 가깝고 시내 중심가에서 도보 거리에 있어 이 지역을 쉽고 즐겁게 탐험할 수 있습니다. 주차공간도 넉넉해서 매우 편리합니다. 그러나 나는 밤에 좋은 경험을하지 못했습니다. 연기 감지기는 침대 바로 위에 배치되었으며 몇 초마다 녹색 LED 조명이 깜박였습니다. 이것은 휴식을 취하기가 매우 어려웠습니다. 잠을 잘 수 있도록 매트리스를 침실에서 옮기고 욕실 근처 복도에 놓아야 빛에서 벗어나야 했습니다. 이는 호텔 환경에서 분명히 받아들일 수 없습니다. 이것은 배치를 조정하거나 빛의 영향을 줄여야 하는 것을 다시 고려해야 합니다. 전반적으로 위치가 강한 지점이지만이 문제는 내 체류에 크게 영향을 미쳤습니다.

리셉션이있어 원활하게 체크인 할 수있었습니다.이 일을 평가하고 싶습니다. 최근에는 아파트를 숙박 시설로 하고 있으며, 주인이 다른 장소에 있다는 경우가 증가하고 있습니다. 비용 절감이 너무 많은 숙박 시설이 있습니다. 통신해도 외국에서 와서 언어 능력이 충분하지 않은 경우 등 전화로 문제가 발생했습니다. 또한, 숙박자가 현관에 도착하더라도, 주인이나 대리인이 올 때까지, 불필요하게 오랜 시간을 기다려야했던 경우가 있었다. 그 이후로 조금 비싸더라도 제대로 리셉션이있는 숙소를 선택하려고하고 있습니다. 손님이 피곤하게 오시죠. 비용이 너무 많이 드는 숙박 시설이 많이 증가하지 않기를 바랍니다.

셀프 체크인이 가능한 아늑한 객실, 정말 쉽습니다. 우리는 WhatsApp을 통해 의사 소통했으며 대부분의 지역 비앤비가 하는 방식입니다. 거리는 실제로 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 그러나 어쨌든 귀마개를 사용하므로 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다.  침대는 괜찮고 베개는 그리 많지 않습니다  AC는 아파트를 통해 중앙에 제어되며 일년 중 가장 더운 달에 여행하는 경우 약간 약하다고 느꼈습니다. 또한 침대 바로 위에 배치되어 머리에 바로 불어 있기 때문에 실제로 좋지 않습니다.  나와 귀여운보기를위한 전반적으로 좋은 경험  호스트는 의사 소통에 정말 좋습니다

일본에서 레체에 묵었습니다. 이 B&B는 역에서 쉽게 갈 수 있는 아름다운 레체 시내를 관광하기에 완벽한 숙박 시설입니다! 이번에는 주인인 프란체스코 씨의 인격과 친절에 접촉하여 별실에 묵고 있던 친한 부부와 대화를 나누며 친해지면 마음이 따뜻해지는 B&B였습니다. 마지막 작별할 때 프란체스코 씨와 안아주는 것, 우아함 넘치는 레체의 도시 사람 々을 평생 잊지 않겠다고 맹세했습니다. 도시를 떠나고 싶지 않은 경험을했기 때문에 추천합니다! !

An amazing place full of character, beauty, tranquility and serenity. The location is perfect just meters away from the Main Street. Perfect place to rest while u explore this amazing unesco site!

Such a lovely host. I was in Italy for a wedding and my cloths were to be ironed. I asked her for an Iron and guess what, she just took my clothes and ironed them. Such a lovely couple.

호텔 자체는 나쁘지 않고, 아침 식사도 매우 좋지만 역으로부터는 기분 떨어져 있기 때문에 매일 매일 역이나 버스 정류장, 마을에 가는데는 몇번이나 걸었습니다. 덕분에 다리가 빵빵이었지만, 거리를 보는 것은 즐거워서 좋다. 직원들은 친절. 난방이 없기 때문에 아침 저녁 추웠을까. 세탁하거나 했기 때문에, 난방 있으면 조금 건조가 좋았을지도. 그냥 방이 넓다! 기분이 좋다.
