Good air & nice hillside location nearby Mussoorie attractions. Room was comfortable, room service +++ - hot water kettle a pleasant surprise. Prices reasonable for resort area on Holi festival.

Overall the stay was good. Staff was good and also helped us with early check in. The location of hotel is very good very near to the bus stand or taxi stand.
The only issue is that the bathroom was little smelly and also there was a leakage somewhere in the bathroom.

I was stay there for 2 days with family. Property is good, neat and clean room. View from property is excellent. Concern is the road condition which is very poor intact last 1 kms was pathetic. Also there is no arrangement for driver stay, there is only cafe there for driver and it is very expensive.

Beautiful hotel, good food, and great views. Whilst located ***** mall road, access to hotel via car has some restrictions (subject to timing etc.) so better to connect with hotel to understand.
Staff were very helpful.

Its 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.

The room was excellent as I my room was upgraded to hill view free of cost. The ameneties, rom service, high tea, wlecome drink the entire package was excellent. The hotel or property view was excellent hence it provided a great support even during sunrise and sunset

From the moment of arrival, check in at Hyatt Regency Dehradhun and services rendered by staff of housekeeping, food & beverage and front desk, everyone was so so eager to help. Not once they made us feel they were overwhelmed by work given the fact there were so many guests staying at the Hotel. They had a big wedding group too as Hyatt was hosting a wedding at the same time. Well Done!!! Hyatt ALL YOUR Staff are 6-Star Performers, Keep It Up and My BIG THANK YOU TO YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

리리뷰어We stayed in the resort and had excellent experience. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the resort is next to corbett park, giving a very serene and natural environment. 리리뷰어It's one of my best holiday, so beautiful and peaceful place. All staff are so helpful and taking care of every need of their guest. I just love this place and ll surely visit again. One more suggestion to management kitchen should be near by restaurant caz on this cold weather food become cold when it come to table. Special thanks to ravindraji, restaurant staff vinodji and rajneeshji.

리리뷰어It is nice property and place for stay, it is not very near to town but approachable food quality-also good only issue with freshly applied oilpaint on wood ceilings create issue with allergic person like me, but it will reduce hope in amonth. Staff also coopeative. Rooms need arrengments to keep luggage.

리리뷰어The rooms were clean and staff cordial. But the climb of 70 stairs to reach the property was very steep. Some basic amenities were missing like there was no slippers (one has to carry them from plains, the exhaust fans in most rooms were not functional (the manager was friendly enough to change room next day, some of the lights were not functional, the spa advertised is not functional. But the food was good. Overall i'll rate the property 3. 5.
