Resort was far better than seen in the pictures. Excellent experience. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere, amidst nature. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of breakfast with great service. Staff member from baking section Ms Paulami was very courteous, helpful and friendly. All staff were nice and services were great. Checkin and checkout was smooth.

While strolling down Cox town, we happened to see this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests. Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh. Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light. Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead. Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlooked😃 Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware. 5 star surely from us.

Excellent hotel Nd great stay

Failed to act in good faith. We attempted to book a 4 night stay in February 2026. When the webpage refreshed, we found that we being booked for one night on October 20 2025. Immediately we contacted Trip.com to advise them of the error. Trip.com immediately contacted the hotel requested cancellation so that their client can rebook for the correct dates. The hotel manager refused to act in good faith and refused to allow the cancellation and rebooking. They claimed they were under no obligation to assist us as the room rate selected was nonrefundable. Do you think we will be booking a 4 night stay with this attitude toward their customers?

인도에서 묵었던 호텔 중 최고였어요. 새로 지은 데다 깨끗했어요. 모든 직원들이 매우 전문적이고 친절했고, 도움이 많이 됐어요. 호텔 주변에는 맛있는 음식과 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있는 좋은 장소들이 정말 많았어요.

방 자체에서 즐겨 즐기는 축구 경기였던 호텔에 방문하면 옆면 전체가 푸르른 모습을 보여주기 때문에 마지막 층을 이용한다면 가장 좋은 곳이다.

Peaceful, very familiar and cosy place to stay. Warm staff and beautiful experience we will never forget

My stay was average overall. While I understand the property is undergoing maintenance, the rooms that are still in use could be better equipped — especially with adequate lighting. The dark flooring combined with poor lighting creates a rather dull and depressing ambiance. Additionally, the service was quite slow. Even for basic requests, it typically took 30–40 minutes for any action, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience did not live up to the expectations associated with the brand’s name.

The Ibis Hebbal Bengaluru property is not really a value for money deal. Most of the staff barring one or two individuals seemed untrained and hence unprofessional. Chaotic reception area since they seemed to be under staffed.  The rooms are clean but very basic. The bathroom lights kept going off randomly during my shower. The buffer area is very congested with the service being quite basic.  Overall a very average score to give this property and its staff

깨끗한 객실과 헬스장, 야외 수영장, 한증막, 사우나 등 편의시설이 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다. 같은 위치에 식당이 여러 개 있습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다.
