방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔하며, 주방이 있어 직접 요리를 할 수 있습니다. 청소도 요청 중입니다. 프론트 데스크는 정중하고 도움이 되었습니다. 프런트 데스크에서 택시를 부르는 데 도움을 드릴 수 있습니다. 호텔은 맛있는 음식이 많은 차이나 타운과 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔은 Niuhuan과 매우 가까우며 쇼핑이 매우 편리합니다. Niuhuan에는 Haidilao와 St. Martin 's Church가 있습니다.

The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional. The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes. Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen. There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy. Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good. The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again.

Way over priced for what it is! Rooms average, not as good as a premier inn and breakfast wasn’t great! One thing I. Will say though is the reception and bar staff as well as the friendly housekeeping lady and lady at breakfast check in were absolutely amazing! I travel a lot and they they were some of the best I have met!

The aircon was not working at all, they provided some fans but during the summer this was not that helpful. The room provided was a bit dated and could do with a renovation. I got a different room to what I had last time considering I booked the same type of room. This paled in comparison, breakfast was great and had a wide variety which was appreciated. Overall not bad but could be better.

환경은 매우 좋으며 기차역과 가까우며 도보로 단 7분 거리입니다. 더블 베드룸을 예약했는데 방이 매우 깔끔하고 침대와 베개가 매우 편안하여 숙박객에게 부담을 주지 않았습니다. 아침 식사 뷔페가 매우 풍성했습니다. 아침 식사를 마치고 엘리베이터에 들어갔을 때 아침을 먹었는지 묻는 현지 할머니를 만났습니다. 그녀는 여기에서 아침 식사가 바로 여기라고 말했습니다! 호텔 1층에는 다양한 와인을 즐길 수 있는 바도 있습니다. 내가 두 달 전에 예약한 호텔은 1박당 70파운드도 안 됐어요. 대체로 훌륭하고 적극 권장됩니다!

정말 좋은 곳에 위치했습니다. 우리는 자정에 호텔로 돌아 왔고 주변에 패스트 푸드 상점이있어 우리를 채울 수 있습니다. 차이나 타운 바로 옆에있어 호텔에 머무르는 것이 안전하다고 느끼므로 주변에 많은 사람들이 있습니다.

Holiday Inn Express Star City에서의 경험은 우리에게 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 우선, 저희는 런던에서 장거리 운전을 한 후 도심에 있는 Holiday Inn Express에 체크인을 하는 실수를 범했습니다. 그런 다음 우리는 올바른 곳으로 운전했습니다. 로비에 들어서자 우리는 환한 미소로 맞이해주었습니다. 근처 슈퍼마켓 등에 대한 소개를 받았습니다. 머무는 동안 모든 직원이 웃으며 정중하게 인사해 주며 환영해주었습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 넓었습니다. 휠체어를 사용하는 사람들에게 적합한 디자인이었습니다. 조식 뷔페에는 다양한 종류가 포함되어 있습니다. 나는 과일, 빵, 요구르트를 가장 좋아했습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔은 자동차가 있든 없든 방문객에게 적극 권장됩니다.

좋은 호텔에 직원도 친절했지만, 주차비가 비싸고 주차 위반 딱지가 호텔 출입 시 많이 무효화될 수 있어서 제대로 작동하지 않았습니다. 문제를 보고하기 위해 리셉션에 몇 번이나 가야 했는데 좀 답답했습니다. 그 외에는 좋은 호텔이었고 고객 서비스도 좋았습니다.

The hotel was quite tatty . The room had mold and a broken window . The bathroom had hairs . Otherwise it was clean and fine . Use the main car park as my car plus others who parks in the side car park was broken in to . My back windscreen was smashed in to and shattered . The manager at the time dealt with my car every well though .

최근 객실 두 개를 예약했습니다. 홀리데이 인 NEC 버밍엄(Holiday Inn NEC Birm)에 묵는 행운을 누렸는데, 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 따뜻하고 반갑게 맞아주는 직원들 덕분에 집에 온 듯한 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 체크인 절차도 빠르고 원활했고, 호텔의 모던하고 깔끔하며 세련된 인테리어에 바로 감탄했습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안하며 아름답게 디자인되어 있었고, 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 침대도 정말 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 세심한 부분까지 신경 쓴 모습도 좋았습니다. 숙박 중 가장 기억에 남는 순간 중 하나는 아침 식사였습니다. 다양하고 신선하며 맛있었습니다. 식사 공간은 밝고 아늑해서 하루를 시작하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 호텔의 위치는 완벽했고, 주변 관광 명소까지 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 도시를 탐험하고 싶든, 평화로운 환경에서 휴식을 취하고 싶든, 이 호텔은 두 가지 모두를 만족시켜 줍니다. 직원들은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 항상 친절하고 전문적이었으며, 어떤 요청이든 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 그들의 고객 서비스는 정말 돋보였고, 전반적으로 긍정적인 경험을 더해주었습니다.
