This was a one-night stay whilst travelling on business so I was really only looking for a clean room with a comfy bed with a decent breakfast in the morning. This hotel delivered well on all three counts. It is also very conveniently located for the M40 with a McDonald's right next door. I booked for a very reasonable price and much preferred it to some of the Premier Inns that I've stayed in recently.

This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

개와 커플. 이틀 밤 동안 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않았습니다. 우리는 리셉션에 전화를 걸어 당직 관리자에게 두 번째로 이야기했습니다. 그는 돌아올 때 동시에 샤워/목욕을 한 많은 사람들이 코치에 머물고 있었기 때문이라고 말했습니다. 다시 뜨거워질 때까지 기다리세요. 그것은 압박감의 부족을 허용하지 않았습니다 – 물방울! 결국 우리는 포기했습니다 – 샤워/목욕이 없습니다. 그러나 당직 관리자는 다음 날 아침에 우리를 찾을 것이라고 확신했습니다.... 이런 일은 결코 일어나지 않았습니다. 토요일 밤에도 같은 일이 일어났습니다. 그날 아침 관리자가 우리를 찾지 못한 것에 대해 접수원이 준 변명은 결혼식이 있었고 모든 관리자가 필요했다는 것이었습니다. 그들은 오전 11시까지 근무를 시작하지 않았습니다. 근무 관리자는 토요일 밤에 결혼식에 일을 하고 있었기 때문에 우리와 대화할 수 없었지만 Leanne은 우리의 불만 사항을 기록하고 메모를 작성했으며 불편함을 느꼈다고 우리에게 확신시켰습니다(현재 이틀 동안 뜨거운 물이 공급되지 않음). 3박 숙박 금액)은 체크아웃 시 청구서에 반영됩니다. 이것은 요점이 아니었습니다. 숙박은 편안하고 매우 특별한 대접을 받을 예정이었습니다. 밤에 샤워나 목욕을 할 수 없는 것은 괜찮지 않았습니다! 그녀는 셋째 날 밤에는 '투어' 파티와 '결혼식 파티'가 떠날 것이라고 우리에게 확신시켰습니다. 그래서 우리는 뜨거운 물을 갖게 될 것입니다. 우리는 그랬습니다. 체크아웃할 때 접수원은 우리의 불만 사항에 대해 전혀 몰랐기 때문에 우리를 도와줄 수 없었습니다. 준수사항과 리뷰를 작성하는 중입니다. 직원과 호텔은 당신을 실망시키지 않았습니다. 경영진이 실망시켰습니다! 수압 영상을 가지고 왔습니다. 또 다른 점에서는 이 호텔이 반려견 친화적이라고 설명되어 있습니다. 그럴 수도 있습니다. 1박당 £25의 비용으로 개를 데리고 올 수 있지만 체크인할 때 바 공간이나 밖에서 식사해야 한다고 들었습니다. 다행히 날씨는 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 우리는 2등 시민처럼 느껴졌습니다! 뿐만 아니라 바 공간에는 누구나 식사를 할 수 있는 테이블이 없습니다. 테이블은 모두 낮고 간식만 먹기에 적합합니다!

Lovely hotel,really friendly staff,great location and clean rooms. Very quiet location even though the hotel is on the high street. Would definitely book again and it’s dog friendly

Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout.

It's all a bit random really. Awkward to find (signage from the road is terrible). Staff are friendly but limited in what they can do, rooms vary from the fabulous to the downright tatty. Very popular with coach parties, so breakfast can be heaving (no seats, plates or knives when I tried on this stay). Good if you can get the right price for the room, but not the best example of the Mercure brand by some distance

Superb hotel in an excellent location - close to the railway station and the key landmarks. Staff were extremely friendly (especially Nadine on the front desk) and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. I’d definitely book this hotel again.

Rooms are very clean, satisfied with the cleaning services they gave. We’re glad that they served a complimentary drinks and some cookies that we enjoyed! Small things but brightens up our mood from too much exhaustion from a day trip and arriving at midnight in the hotel. Thank you for a nice place to stay in!

우리는 예약했고 내 아들과 딸은 막 시험을 마쳤기 때문에 업그레이드되었습니다. 우리는 개가 있었고 우리 방은 문이 넓은 녹지로 열리며 밖에 앉을 수 있다는 점에서 좋았습니다. 무도회와 다른 행사가 있었고 레스토랑의 서비스가 느렸기 때문에 전날에는 바빴습니다. 나는 리셉션의 감독자와 이야기를 나누고 우리가 가진 문제를 설명했는데 그녀는 이보다 더 도움이 될 수 없었습니다. 우리는 미안하다는 뜻으로 음료와 점심을 제공받았는데 이는 훌륭한 행동이었습니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

그림 같은 부지가 있는 멋진 시골 저택 호텔. 방은 1980년대 방식으로 약간 구식이지만 깨끗하고 장식적인 순서가 좋습니다. Travelodge 가격의 Travelodge보다 전반적으로 좋았습니다(비스킷, 핫 초콜릿, 생수 및 방의 적절한 안경이 좋았습니다.
