We stayed the one night. All staff were helpful and welcoming. We had an internal small double room, quite claustrophobic and no natural airflow. Aircon was available in room. No child's menu in the restaurant but was told by reception sausages and chicken nuggets can be provided, and they were. Overpriced main meals in my opinion all about £18 and relatively narrow selection of options. Fire alarm went off just before midnight, so we had to evacuate, not ideal with a child but can't be helped, thankfully all was ok but then poor night sleep.

The service was second to none. So friendly and helpful. The rooms were delightful and well appointed. The meals were delicious, and the whole place had a homely feel to it. I would highly recommend the old Cannon Brewery.
