The lifts had not been working for weeks and nobody had told us until we got to the hotel. The front office staff allocated us a room on 3rd floor but we declined. We insisted that unless she gave us a room on first floor, we would cancel our booking. We waited till 6pm to move into our room on first floor. How ridiculous to climb up the stairs to 3rd floor for people over 70 with heavy luggage!

Booked for myself to visit Cardiff. Have been to the baby area before but not to the hotel. Good location. Room didi the job for what I needed. Spacious and clean. Would recommend.

The apartment is very clean and convenient. Walking distance to the nearby supermarket and restaurants. It’s only 3 minutes drive to the University of Cardiff.

Overall, it was a good experience. The reception staff was a bit rude. Room service was not satisfactory. It was overpriced. The AC was not working, and there was no ventilation.

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, about 15 min walk . The facilities in the hotel are good. I like the kitchen in the room and I can make my meals during the holidays. It's really amazing.The staff members are really friendly and responsive.The breakfast was really good too. Highly recommended to people who are going to Cardiff.

이번에는 여러 가족이 함께 여행했습니다. 일반적으로 모든 사람들의 피드백으로 볼 때 호텔의 위치, 직원 서비스, 호텔 가격 등 모든 측면에 상당히 만족합니다. 여전히 수용 가능합니다. 다음번에 여행하게 된다면 힐튼 호텔에 묵을 생각입니다.

Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this trip. Sadly the room was not up to standard, Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities. General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice. View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to everything, which is a big plus. However, the overall condition of the property feels quite dated. The taps weren't functioning properly, and the washroom could definitely use better maintenance.

1. I was allocated a room without window. It's terrible and unbearable stuffy. In such room you can not enjoy the staying let along the sea view. After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century
