Excelente hotel y ubicación Al llegar nos dieron una habitación de dos camas y fui con mi pareja me di cuenta que yo me había equivocado al hacer la reserva llamamos a recepción y nos hicieron upgrade de habitación con vista a la ciudad gratis, las habitaciones son hermosas y su personal muy amable

Absolutely charming hotel right in the centre of Pensacola. A bit of a walk up but not too bad and easy if luggage is light. Service is nice, rooms great and breakfast outstanding. Highly recommended.

Great location not far from the railway station, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Basic accommodation but comfortable and clean. AC worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly 🙂

호텔의 모든 것이 훌륭합니다. 해변으로 가는 길도 포함해서요. 제게는 베니돔에서 최고입니다. 해변까지 2분 거리입니다. 깨끗하고 아늑하고 현대적이며, 샤워젤, 샴푸, 핸드젤은 도브 제품인데, 같은 캔이 아닙니다.) 간단한 아침 식사가 훌륭하고, 체크아웃 후 샤워를 할 수 있으며, 수건도 제공합니다. 객실은 작지만 바다에서 묵기에는 충분합니다. 유일한 단점은 샤워기 물이 매우 느리고 잘 빠지지 않는다는 것입니다. 이 점에 대해서는 편의성에 대한 평점 4점을 주었습니다. 두 번째 점은 오히려 Trip.com입니다. 바다 전망이 있다고 하지만 아무리 노력해도 전혀 보이지 않았습니다. 직원은 바다 전망이 있는 싱글룸은 없고 큰 객실만 있다고 말했습니다. Trip.com에 설명에서 이 부분을 수정해 달라고 요청했지만 사실이 아닙니다. 전망은 옆집 거리입니다. 정상적인 현상이며, 있는 그대로 적어 주시면 됩니다. 누군가에게는 중요할 수도 있습니다.
