Bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôtel n'est pas très récent mais agréable et le personnel accueillant. Par contre mauvais état de notre chambre( moisissure joint salle de bain, parquet décollé et mal posé et bien dégradé avec le temps prise de courant mauvais état) Buffet p'tit déjeuner correcte mais pas beaucoup de choix

First time in this hotel, and was surprised by the good size of the room and overall quality for the money. Recommend.

우리는 메일 호텔 단지 바로 옆에 있는 아파트 룸에 머물렀습니다. 주방이 있는 1베드룸 스위트였습니다. 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있었지만 건물 자체는 매우 오래되었습니다. 도심과 구시가지에 편리하고 모든 것이 도보 거리에 있습니다. 공간이 필요하고 집처럼 느끼고 싶은 가족에게 추천합니다.

Location was excellent, just on top of the Bilbao Intermodal bus station with a direct airport bus service. The hotel was a short walk away from the main sights of Bilbao, which we appreciated. Only disappointment was we received a stained bath towel, but rectified immediately by staff. Overall good value and would highly recommend the convenience.

Correcto. tal y como en la descripción. El baño muy limpio. Fácil de aparcar por la zona. Recepción 24h es un plus.

La habitación con vistas al río es impresionante. Es maravilloso poder disfrutar desde cerca del precioso puente de Vizcaya y la bonita ría en la cual se pueden divisar diferentes deportistas haciendo remo y también observar algunos barquitos navegando. La habitación es pintoresca con detalles modernos y otros más clásicos. Lo que más me gusta como dije es el balcón con vistas a la ría y la comodidad de la cama. Buena TV , dispone de mini bar y cafetera con dos cápsulas de cortesía y abajo en el hall del hotel existe un ascensor antiguo en el cual dispone de café, chocolate y otras bebidas también gratuitas las 24 horas del día. Buena atención por parte de l@s emple@dos ya que siempre fueron amables y con buena predisposición además todo estaba limpio. Cuanto pueda volveré me sentí muy a gusto con todo 😃👍🏽
