The stay was fine—nothing to write home about. But let’s be clear: this is five-star in theory only. Charging guests for coffee in the morning? Bold move. Nothing says “luxury experience” like being nickel-and-dimed for a cup of instant caffeine. Honestly, I’ve stayed at roadside motels with more generous hospitality. Maybe next time they’ll start charging for tap water too—just to keep the five-star illusion alive.

For the low price of the hotel, and given the great location for exploring historical Recife, this hotel is not bad. It's old, and it looks like maintenance is not a priority. Really the only thing I didn't like was the bed was saggy. Breakfast was OK.

Típico Ibis con toda su simpleza pero comodidad. Buen trato A destacar el restaurante. Merece la pena comer allí.

Um bom hotel, bem localizado, perto da praia de Boa Viagem de cafeterias e restaurantes. No próprio hotel posso um restaurante independente. Com relação à comodidades, não foi fornecido toalhas de rosto. Segundo o funcionário da recepção, houve falha na entrega da lavanderia. A manutenção do banheiro está deixando a desejar. O espelho está ficando enferrujado, o que depõe contra o nível do hotel. A camareira não retirou o lixo do banheiro. Estacionando com manobrista, (valor a parte) o que é importante pelo local difícil de estacionar na rua. Funcionários atenciosos e excelente café da manhã.

Excelente atendimento, local muito bonito, aconchegante e agradável, bom café da manhã e bastante espaços para trabalhar.
