주차장 시설을 갖춘 남아프리카공화국 쿠아줄루 나탈 호텔

第一次到南非，第一次到德班出差，南非朋友推薦的酒店，位置距離機場30公里，距離德班港口約10分鐘車程。位置還算方便，酒店旁邊有配套的娛樂城吃飯電影**，內部通道連接酒店一樓。步行走到陽光海岸沙灘3分鐘。訂的海景房間面積稍微有點緊湊，一個人住足夠，兩個人住的話可能稍微小了點。 傳統英式酒店服務，環境乾淨整潔，服務員黑人兄弟姐妹文明有禮貌，尤其對於中國人來講，這裏酒店服務印象深刻。

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

Housekeeping is efficient, and our room was kept spotlessly clean. The range of bathroom toiletries are Eveleyn & Crabtree. They are a real treat to use. High quality linen, and towels provided are of exceptional quality. The design of the room is modern and carefully planned to make your stay comfortable. There is a vast choice of different types of food for breakfast including many health choices. Their food is world class. A well designed gym with high tech equipment, towels, and fresh water for guests. There are also washing machines at your disposal! Staff went out of their way to assist us. The staff at reception and room service are attentive and efficient too. We felt extremely safe, and they also had emergency drills of which the staff had to follow. It is my number 1 hotel to go to in Umhlanga.

나는 호텔에서 훌륭한 숙박을했습니다. 물건은 매우 도움이되었고 놀라운 아침 식사가 변경 될 수 있기를 바랍니다. 우리를 도울 수 있었던 Ndumiso 프론트 오피스 감독자에게 다양하고 특별한 감사를 전합니다. 확실히 12월에 돌아올 것입니다

먼저 긍정적인 점: 위치가 매우 아름답고 객실이 넓고 편안하며 깨끗하며 직원들이 친절합니다. 맛있는 식당에서 저녁을 주문할 수 있었습니다. 위치도 안전합니다. 단점: 이 BnB는 결혼식 장소(절묘함) 역할을 합니다. 그러나 BnB는 결혼식이 진행 중인 경우 개인이 방을 예약할 수 있도록 허용해서는 안 됩니다. 나는이 BnB를 공항과 가깝게 선택했지만 결혼식 파티가 이른 시간까지 진행되고 방이 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 공항 셔틀이 있다고 광고했기 때문에 특히이 BnB를 예약했습니다. 그러나, 나는 실제로 BnB 자체가 이것을하지 않는다는 것을 배우는 것에 실망했다 - 그들은 공항까지 20 분 동안 우스운 R600을 청구하는 셔틀 서비스를 호출한다!

This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!
