주차 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 비콜 호텔

”사소한 딸꾹질이 있는 즐거운 숙박” 나는 최근 The Marison Hotel에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈으며 전반적으로 긍정적인 경험이었습니다. 깔끔한 시설과 친절한 직원, 시원한 어메니티가 오래도록 인상에 남았습니다. 위치도 편리했어요. 그러나 리셉션에서 안전 보증금 요구 사항을 처음 접한 것은 약간 놀라운 일이었고, 이로 인해 즐거운 숙박에 약간의 실망이 더해졌습니다.

Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time.

The size of room is more than what I expected considering the low price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is generally clean

The place is good but it is far a bit from the city. Good thing we have a motorcycle to visit the tourist spots we want to see. The room is clean and best for a long stay and group vacation. Can recommend to other friends. The pool is warm due to the reason that it was a rainy day. So far, the hotel is simple and peaceful.

They allow me to store my luggage a day before because as I told them I have to pick up my son in another city and I couldnt bring back and forth our luggahe since I am traving alone with my toddler. They are very accomodating and always ready to assist.

great and good in facilities, the person are approachable when it come ask some about services.

Staff is very accommodating, spa massage is OK too, although the spa should not have 75min services if they have clients appointed every hour so you just have to select from their 1 hour services

I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option). Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins. One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.
