주차 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 페라크 호텔

The exterior is pretty grand for first impression. Security Guard is super friendly and helpful. Do keep this up. We arrived after 10pm and we have to checked in with the help of a security guard as the receptionist closes at 10pm, but all good. Location wise, a drive/ grab is necessary for all foodies. The infinity pool was amazing, overlooking the polo ground. Suppose to have a cafe and kopitiam at the top floor, but since this condo project is still new, it is still not operating yet. Maybe my next visit. Interior of the room is spacious, there's NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and etc. Fridge, microwave and kitchen utilities, Hair dryer, iron. Floor not so clean though - rather dusty. we booked a unit with 2 rooms (1 room with 2 twin bed and 1 room with Q bed). No private bathroom in the bedroom though, only one bathroom. The Bathroom drain hole was clogged during our stay. Therefore, the draining was a bit slow, and it causes mini flood inside the bathroom. Things to improve (in my opinion, that is): 1. to add an extra latch at the entrance door for extra safety, I will not have a peaceful sleep if I am staying alone though. 2. Only have one bedside table. would be nice to have another bedside table so I don't have to place my things on the floor. 3. Dressing table inside the main room not to be placed facing the bed for feng shui purpose (just saying) Overall, I had a nice stay here and the bed is so comfortable. I had a good rest though.

13년 만에 두 번째 방문입니다! 이제 아이와 함께 다시 와야겠습니다. 오후 2시에 도착해서 일찍 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차가 순조로웠습니다. 객실은 편안하고 깨끗했습니다. 꼭 다시 올 겁니다.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth the price , all the food was tasty and perfect for a light meal before exploring Ipoh. The air conditioning worked perfectly, I stayed in Room 221, which is located near the housekeeping storage room, so it was a bit noisy during the day when the staff were doing room service. However, the staff were very considerate and even apologized when they saw us heading out for tea . I really appreciated that gesture! Another bonus there’s a delicious mamak restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for a late-night meal! 😄

이 호텔의 위치는 훌륭합니다. 쇼핑몰과 바로 연결되어 있고 도심에 있습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 방대하고 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 우리는 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드되었고 매우 감사했습니다. 방은 넓고 넓었습니다. 하지만 두 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 우리 방이 이벤트 바로 위에 있어서 밤에 그곳에서 음악과 소음이 들렸고 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다.  두 번째로 방의 조명이 적어서 다소 어두웠습니다. 샤워실에는 조명이 없어서 블라인드를 내리면 약간 어두웠습니다. 이는 향후 개선을 위해 고려할 수 있습니다.   하지만 이 두 가지 사소한 문제 외에 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그 외에는 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

I had an absolutely superb stay at this hotel! The place is incredibly beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean from the moment we arrived until checkout. The atmosphere is calm and very family-friendly, which made our experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool. They have separate pools for adults and kids, and both were very clean and well taken care of. My family and I spent a lot of time there—it was relaxing for the adults and fun for the children. The room was comfortable, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and welcoming, which made it easy for us to truly rest and enjoy our time together. What surprised me the most was the price. It was very affordable for such high-quality service and facilities. Staying here with my family was totally worth it—we felt satisfied in every way.

이포(Ipoh)라는 작은 마을에서는 이 정도 환경이면 나쁘지 않은 편입니다. 아파트 건물에 위치하며 공용 라운지가 있지만, 객실은 개별적으로 분리되어 있고 각 방마다 독립적인 욕실이 구비되어 있습니다. 그 외 특별히 언급할 만한 다른 시설은 없었습니다. 청결 상태는 괜찮았고, 에어컨도 잘 나왔습니다. TV는 공용 라운지에 비치되어 있었습니다.

정말 기대 이상이었어요. 제가 예약한 객실 타입도 아주 좋았고, 호텔에서 제일 높은 층으로 배정해 주셨는데 전혀 시끄럽지 않았습니다! 아침 식사는 선택하지 않았어요. 이포에 맛있는 음식이 너무 많아서 호텔에서 먹으면 좀 아까울 것 같았거든요.😂

Its a newly refurbished hotel. Within city center. Walking distance to all shops and eateries. Can even walk to taiping lake gardens. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom, water pressure nice. Rooftop swumming pool. Only setback is a bit noisy during nite time as hotel is next the main road. Did not try the food.

2박 4개 객실 예약했습니다. 11월 12일부터 13일까지요. 오후 3시 이후 체크인했고요. 체크인할 때 프런트 직원이 저희 가족이 편하게 지낼 수 있도록 4개 객실을 모두 연결해서 배정해 주겠다고 했어요. 그런데 그중 한 객실(방 번호 621번)이 아직 청소가 안 돼서 20분 후에 키를 받아 입실할 수 있다고 했습니다. 방이 준비되면 문자를 주거나 전화로 알려주겠다고 했고요. 저희 가족은 근처 이포 파라데에 가서 식사를 했습니다. 오후 3시 53분에 호텔에서 Kai Jun이라는 직원에게서 메시지를 받았어요. 방이 키를 받을 준비가 되었다는 내용이었죠. 그때 아직 식사 중이어서 식사를 마치고 호텔로 돌아가기로 했습니다. 오후 6시에서 7시 사이에 호텔로 돌아와 키를 받으러 갔는데, 621호에 결함 문제가 있어서 저희에게 줄 수 없다고 했습니다. 그때부터 그들의 처리 방식에 매우 불만을 느꼈어요. 방에 문제가 있으면 왜 전화로 알려주지 않았을까요? 사과 한마디 없이 계속 책임을 회피하기만 했어요. 다시 따져 물으니 621호는 이미 다른 손님에게 팔렸다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 다른 방을 받는 것은 상관없었지만, 왜 처음부터 솔직하게 말하지 않았을까요? 문제를 얼렁뚱땅 넘어가려 하다니요. 정말 방에 문제가 있었다면 왜 다른 사람이 투숙할 수 있었을까요? 심지어 프런트 직원은 이미 그 방을 저에게 잠가두었다고 말했었는데 말이죠. 나중에 받은 635호는 화장실 문이 안에서 잠겨 있었습니다. 어떻게 이런 실수가 5성급 호텔에서 일어날 수 있죠? 방을 제대로 확인하지 않고 손님에게 내어준 건가요? 다시 프런트에 가서 방 교체를 요구했더니, 프런트에서는 처음에는 2개 객실을 7층으로 모두 옮겨주겠다고 했습니다. 프런트에서 기다리고 있는데, 갑자기 바꿀 수 없다고 하더군요. 옆 팀이 이미 다른 손님에게 방을 줬다고요! 호텔 프런트 자체에 내부 소통 문제가 있고, 그것이 손님에게까지 영향을 미쳤습니다. 정말 비전문적입니다. 간단한 체크인 절차 때문에 저희를 위아래로 오르내리게 하고, 최소 30분을 허비하게 만들었는데, 아무런 사과도 없었습니다. 마지막으로 받은 다른 방은 606호였는데, 맞은편은 직원 식당 같은 곳이고 옆은 비상문이었습니다. 방에서 계속 문 여닫는 소리가 들렸고, 한밤중에도 마찬가지였습니다. 1박에 세금 포함 400링깃이 넘는 호텔인데 방음이 저렴한 호텔보다도 못합니다. 606호에는 일회용 칫솔과 치약도 한 세트만 제공되었습니다. 체크인할 때 프런트에 여분의 담요를 요청했는데, 담요에 육안으로 보이는 머리카락이 있었습니다. 이것이 5성급 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 위생 수준인가요? 처음에는 '브랜드' 호텔을 선택하면 그에 걸맞은 서비스를 받을 거라고 생각했는데, 정말 실망스러웠습니다. 실망감이 극에 달했습니다.

자연환경이 잘 가꾸어져 있고, 직원도 많고, 각자 맡은 자리에서 바쁘게 일하고 있습니다. 서비스 태도는 4성급 호텔 못지않습니다. 수영장은 하이라이트이며 온천 마사지 의자는 매우 좋습니다. 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 평화롭고 조용한 시간을 보내고 싶은 가족이나 사람들에게 적합합니다. 시내 중심가에서 차로 약 10~20분 거리에 있어 외식을 하며 선택의 폭이 더 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 평균 수준이었으며, 나시 레막이 나를 실망시켰습니다.
