호텔이 깨끗했지만 주변에 편의시설이 부족했어요. 주차장까지 엘리베이터가 가지 않아 불편했어요. 그러 좋은점은 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절했으며 뜨거운물도 잘 나왔어요. 물과 탄산음료 그리고 차 과자를 무료로 주어서 아주 좋았어요. 조식의 메뉴도 계란 즉석요리 빵 샐러드 과일 등이 적당히 조리 되어 맛있게 먹을 수 있었고 식당 내부가 청결하고 천정이 개방 되어 있어 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 이포에 다시 온다면 이 호텔에서 다시 묵고싶네요.

평소처럼 내 체류를 위한 최고의 장소입니다. 긴장을 풀기에 좋은 곳. 이번에는 방이 약간 혼란스러워서 방을 찾는 데 작은 문제가 있었습니다. 그 외에는 이곳을 좋아합니다. 그룹에 노인이 있는 경우 호텔에 전화하여 로비에 더 가까운 방을 잡는 것이 좋습니다. 이곳은 거대합니다. 최고의 일몰을 볼 수 있는 곳, 최고의 힐링 장소로 단연 이곳이 바로 이곳이다.

쇼핑몰과 연결이 되어있어 매우 편리하다. 객실은 매우 청결했으며, 조식도 아주 좋았다. 주요 먹거리 상권으로는 걸어갈 수도 있으나 나는 나의 차로 주로 이동을 했으며, 주차도 가능하여 매우 만족스러웠다. 이포를 여러번 방문했지만 이곳에서의 숙박이 가장 만족스러운 경험이라 다음에도 숙박할 것입니다.

훌륭한 장소입니다. 이 호텔의 디자인은 미학적으로 매우 만족스럽습니다. 호텔은 특별한 날에 대한 요청을 매우 수용했습니다. 위치는 대부분의 명소나 중심 장소에 접근하기 편리합니다. 먼지가 좀 쌓이긴 하지만 청소에는 전혀 문제가 되지 않습니다. TV는 탐색하기가 약간 어렵고 스마트 TV가 아니므로 참고할 사항입니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 매우 높으며 적극 권장됩니다!

Recently stayed at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh, Perak, and it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay with a stunning natural backdrop, this is the place to be. The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Google Maps에서 리뷰를 읽었는데 몇몇은 사실이었습니다. 단점에 대해 말씀드리자면: 지하 주차장과 도로 상태가 정말 좋지 않습니다. 습기와 구멍, 공기 순환이 전혀 없고, 1층으로 올라가는 사다리가 좁습니다. 방에 개미가 있고 꽤 많습니다. 장점: 서비스가 빠르고, 80년대 4성급 호텔처럼 보였습니다. 모든 시설이 있지만 오래되었고 유지관리가 잘 되지 않았고, 사용할 수는 있지만 상태가 좋지 않은 것도 있습니다. 저는 킹사이즈 침대 때문에 여기 왔는데, 더 저렴해 보였습니다.

this is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me? second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us. during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

모든 호숫가 숙소 바로 앞에서 무성한 녹지와 자연의 소리를 즐기고 역사를 감상할 수 있는 멋진 리조트입니다. 2번째 헤이븐 방문. 직원은 매우 훌륭했고 노인을 포함하여 08명의 가족/친구 그룹이 잘 보살펴졌는지 확인하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. A1의 세심함과 환대에 대해 레스토랑의 Manna와 Miguel Appu에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 우리는 매우 환영받는 느낌을 받았고 직원들은 항상 웃고 있었습니다. Ipoh/Gopeng 주변을 관광하기 위해 Haven 밴을 예약했을 때 우리를 데려다 준 운전사/가이드인 Fook Kuan에게 감사드립니다. 즐거운 여행이 될 수 있도록 도와주셔서 감사합니다. 내 친구들은 매우 행복했고 우리는 반드시 Haven으로 다시 돌아올 것입니다.

So the hotel was pretty good. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. They cleaned the room daily and refresh water bottles. No complaints. The surrounding area was a bit quiet. But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.
