저는 이곳에서 이틀을 묵었는데, 사우디아라비아가 얼마나 비싼지 생각하면 가성비가 좋은 것 같습니다. 제다는 중심지가 없는 거대한 도시로, 어디든 차로만 갈 수 있기 때문에 위치는 정말 최고입니다. 도보로 약 15분 거리에 레스토랑과 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있는 거리가 있었지만, 번잡한 고속도로를 건너는 것이 가끔은 조금 힘들었습니다. 체크인 직원들은 매우 친절하고 효율적이었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했고, 샤워는 따뜻하고 강력했으며, 와이파이도 강력했습니다. 단점이 있다면 침대 옆에 콘센트가 없고 욕실 플러그가 제대로 맞지 않아 물이 쉽게 빠졌다는 것입니다. 둘 다 아주 사소한 문제였습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔을 추천하고 제다에 다시 간다면 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

처음 이사한 방은 모기가 너무 많아서 다른 방으로 배정받았습니다. 청결 문제로 몇 점 감점되었습니다.
서비스는 훌륭했고, 전형적인 5성급 서비스였습니다. 방 변경도 도와주셨고, 호텔 컨시어지는 바쁜 시간에도 매우 친절했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 짐도 잘 들어주었습니다.
시설은 꽤 오래되었습니다. 침대 옆 탁자에는 플러그가 없었고, 욕실 세면대 수압이 너무 세서 손을 씻을 때 물이 튀었습니다. 그래서 몇 점 감점되었습니다.
위치는 해변과 가까워서 좋았고, 아침 식사는 사우디아라비아에서 보기 드문 괜찮은 수준이었습니다.

훌륭한 위치. 서비스는 최고 수준이었지만, 누군가가 오기 전에 도파 침대를 만들어 달라고 몇 번 요청해야 했습니다.
단 하나의 주요 문제는 금연실을 예약했는데 흡연실에 배정되었다는 것입니다. 하지만 방에서 실제로 냄새가 심하지 않아서 그냥 넘길 수 있었습니다. 공항에 가기에 좋은 선택입니다!

접수의 사람은 부담없이 접해 주었고, 택시에서 내리면 짐을 방까지 옮겨 주었습니다.
걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 몰이 있습니다.슈퍼마켓도 그 안에 있고, 푸드 코트나 세련된 카페, 옷, 향수, 인테리어 숍 등, 무엇이든 있습니다.
나의 방은 세면대로부터 누수가 있었으므로 설비의 평가를 낮게 채점했습니다만, 방은 넓고 청결하고 깨끗했습니다.
냉장고도 냄비도있었습니다.
가격도 저렴하고, 내가 갈 예정이 있던 장소에서 가까웠기 때문에 또 기회가 있으면 묵고 싶습니다.

객실과 장비는 정말 낡았습니다. 이 호텔은 실제로 머물다가 체크아웃할 때까지 기다렸다가 더 지불할 수 있습니다! 외식과 쇼핑을 하기가 쉽지 않습니다. 다행히 호텔 레스토랑에 먹을 것이 있습니다. 식당 주인은 나쁘지 않습니다. 나는 나에게 할인을 주라고 소리를 지르고 그가 파키스탄 사람이라고 말한 중국인이라는 것을 알고 있습니다. 중국인들은 파키스탄과 중국 형제들에게 많은 도움을 주었습니다.

제다에서 가장 저렴한 국제 체인 호텔.. 전망이 없는 작은 방, 약간 습한 카펫. 욕실에는 물이 나오지만 노랗다. 오래된 가구, 단단한 침대 매트리스.
조식은 그렇게 나쁘지 않다.. 하지만 에그 스테이에는 대기 쿠커가 없고, 서비스가 나쁨.
그들은 피트니스 센터와 수영장을 잠근다. 사용하고 싶은지 물어봐야 한다.

We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel.

리리뷰어Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs.
And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated.
One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate.
Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions.
The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated just a short distance from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for performing prayers and attending religious duties. The view from my room offered a beautiful sight of the surroundings, providing a serene feel which added to my spiritual journey.
The staff at Violet Hotel deserve special mention. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The concierge service was particularly helpful in assisting me with local transportation and offering advice on places to visit.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and a fully-stocked minibar. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful.
In terms of facilities, the Violet Hotel offers several amenities that enhance the guest experience. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay.
Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. Whether you are visiting Makkah for a spiritual pilgrimage or just to explore the city, I highly recommend staying here. DDr. UmairThis hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.
