Попали в полностью заселенный отель. Это было ужасно. В основном отдыхают русские пакетными турами (семьи или пожилые), молодежи совсем мало. Хорошо, что провели там только две ночи, хотелось уехать уже на следующий день.
На завтраке народу столько, что ходишь по пять минут с тарелкой в поисках свободного стола, русские как будто с голодного края, набирают еду, толкаются.
На пляже лежаки очень близко, как будто друг у друга на головах лежат, никакой приватности.
Пляж маленький, заставленный лодками, песок не приятный, дно каменистое.
Бассейн на крыше платный, если живешь ниже 9ого этажа; откуда получить эту информацию при бронировании - не понятно.

Galle 등대까지 도보로 가까운 거리에 있는 위치를 좋아했습니다. 그러나 내가 가장 좋아했던 것은 이 아르데코 건물의 현대적인 인테리어였습니다. 우리 방은 잘 디자인되고 깨끗했으며 욕조와 아름다운 대리석 마감재가 완비되어 있습니다. 나는 개인적으로 침대가 내가 스리랑카에서 일주일 동안 경험한 가장 편안한 침대 중 하나라고 느꼈습니다. 나는 또한 옥상 바와 수영장에서 일몰 전망을 즐겼습니다. 조금 작지만 도보로 구시가지를 탐험한 후 더위를 식히기에 좋았습니다. 내 유일한 의견은 샤워 시설이 좋은 장소에 없었고 샤워 시간에 쉽게 미끄러질 수 있다는 것입니다.
아침 식사에는 현지 요금 (사전 예약)과 맛있는 서양식 요금이 있습니다. 확실히 스리랑카에서의 숙박의 하이라이트 중 하나입니다.

Сам отель очень понравился. Отличное наполнение номера, есть даже беспроводная зарядка, работает YouTube TV. Стильно, современно, чисто.
Есть красивый видовой бассейн. Хорошо подойдет для уединенного спокойного отдыха. До ближайшего пляжа возит тук тук. Но все равно немного придется пройтись. Пляж без волн, можно плавать.
Ценник в ресторане выше среднего, но вкусно, хорошая подача
Водители тук туков пытаются накинуть ценник за то что отель находится на горе.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 2 ночи, нас быстро заселили и встретили приветственным напитком. Сотрудники ресепшена были очень приветливы, а вот остальные сотрудники отеля очень странно себя вели(шумели, кричали, ругались между с собой).
Наш номер был чистый и опрятный, в номере был большой балкон, а также
большой холодильник. Очень хороший был напор воды в душе. Локация отеля тоже отличная(через дорогу пляж, 5 минут пешком до продуктового магазина) Опасайтесь мафию тук тукеров
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were quickly checked in and greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff were very friendly, but the rest of the hotel staff were very strange (noisy, shouting, arguing with each other).
Our room was clean and tidy, the room had a large balcony, and
a large refrigerator. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The location of the hotel is also great (across the street from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the grocery store) Stay away from Tuk Tuk Mafia

The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good.I asked for masala tea and their indian chef Balbeer Singh made it to perfection.The rooms are spacious and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.We are taken care of very well by Jayaru and Nelka.
We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the hotel made it very special.
The only mark down for the hotel is lack of sun loungers and parasols for the guests.You are constantly struggling to get shade under the trees.A 5 star hotel should make provision for their guests.As they would have details of all bookings.

리리뷰어Отличный свежий отель. Прекрасное лобби. Очень близко к главному пляжу. Буквально перейти дорогу. Единственная проблема была в номере только с розетками. Их оказалось мало и заняты были холодильником. Персонал долго искал удлинитель, но все же кое-какой нашел. Рекомендую, так как отель и персонал оказались очень приятными

리리뷰어Прекрасный гостевой дом, с очень удобным расположением. Рядом и пляж, и туристическая улица, на которой расположены рестики, сувенирные и фруктовые лавки. Очень приветливая хозяйка, которая к себе сразу располагает. В номере невероятная чистота, у меня под кровать закатилась крышка от фотоаппарата, как полагается в самый далий угол, дак под кроватью ни пылиночки!!! Да, кстати, к хорошему расположению нужно добавить, что рядом находится Wine House наверное единственный на Унаватуну, поскольку видел там соотечественников, не приходивших, а приезжавших на тук-туках. В общем нам всё очень понравилось, десять из десяти, всем рекомендую

리리뷰어Мини гостиница с очень приятной семейной парой менеджеров. Номера просторные, с кондиционером и вентилятором, большими душевыми комнатами. На втором этаже есть балконы.Вкусный завтрак, за 14 дней повторений не было. Расположена на горке, поэтому с океана всегда лёгкий бриз. Немного на удалении от центра, поэтому тихо, бегают обезьяны и павлины. В пешей доступности три пляжа с разной инфраструктурой, две семейных кафешки с местной домашней кухней и соками. Нам очень понравилось.

리리뷰어Отличный отель, расположение очень удобное. Рядом рыбный и фруктовый рынки, автобусная станция, обмен валют, супермаркеты, вайншопы и самое главное до чистого пляжа Хикки 4 минуты пешком. Обслуживающий персонал в отеле справлялся со своими задачами на высшем уровне. Давно не видела, чтобы так чисто убирали номер. Постельное белоснежное. Я была в номере с видом на море... огромный балкон с сушилкой со столиком и стульями. Вода постоянно горячая. Чайник, холодильник, адаптер, фен всё есть в номере. Самое главное есть общая, чистая кухня - где есть микроволновка, печь для запекания, плита. И всё это в идеальной чистоте. Спасибо огромное хозяину отеля Rajesh - встретил и проводил как дорого гостя! Советую от души, т.к. проверено на себе)))

익익명 사용자My wife and I stayed here during our vacation in Sri Lanka, choosing it because of the high Google ratings. The location really impressed us. The hotel is literally a step away from the beach and less than five minutes’ walk to town, which made it very convenient. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the beach and listening to the waves was easily the best part of the stay.
The lobby was simple but acceptable, and there is a seafood restaurant right next to the hotel.
At check-in, there was a small hiccup. I booked through Trip.com, but they couldn’t find my booking at first. After about ten minutes, they managed to sort it out and confirmed that the booking came via Agoda. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, even offering us a drink on arrival.
Our room on the second floor had a great view of the sea. The shower had good water pressure, although the bathroom could use better ventilation. The toiletries seemed diluted, so we ended up using our own.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning became a real problem. It leaked so badly that the room flooded twice, soaking my shoes. Despite my request for a pail to manage the water, they initially only gave floor mats, which was very frustrating. By the time they finally sent a pail, it was too late. We barely slept that night because of the constant dripping sound.
Overall, the location and friendliness of the staff were strong points, but the poor handling of the air conditioning issue really spoiled our experience.

PpeaglerThe room itself is adequate. The air-con was strong and the shower was good.
When I arrived, there was no one there. I opened the gate and walked in. I called the number to the property and the person who answered arrived shortly thereafter. He said no one was there because of the New Year holiday. He showed me to my room. I asked for one in the back, but he said he was having a party and that might be too much for me. After I got settled into a clean room in the front facing the traffic, there was no towel or soap.
Late at night after I was asleep, I was startled by someone who began banging on my door and turning the knob several times to get in. I yelled at that person and told him to stop. It did stop and afterward, I felt completely unsafe. I got up to put my heavy suitcase at the door to prevent the intruder from coming in.
The staff person had said to me that he was having a party, but then said it was cancelled. There were several men at the property when I returned in the evening. I'm not sure who the perpetrator was maybe it was one of them. There is no peep hole and the windows are frosted. I felt completely vulnerable. I didn't even think to call the staff person because I was frightened and sleepy. My advice is to be cautious if you stay here.
