주차 시설을 갖춘 케냐 크웨일 카운티 호텔

We got a massive room with AC, a nice swimming pool, and super friendly and helpful staff. Family’s vibe hotel 100/10 for their service! The internet was even strong enough for Netflix. Absolutely no complaints!

Nicht ganz einfach zu finden aber es hat sich gelohnt. Sehr professionell von einem Deutschen Ehepaar geführt. Die Zimmer sind sensationell, alles neu und extrem grosszügig (65m2) und wir hatten einen grossen Balkon mit tollem Blick in den Urwald. Jedes Detail stimmt, bequemes grosses Bett, Grohe Armaturen mit Regendusche und tolles Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Klimaanlage wird mit 15$ täglich separat abgerechnet, aber jetzt Ende Juni brauchten wir keine. Das Hotel ist nicht am Strand, dafür schön ruhig und es fühlt sich an wie zuhause. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Wszystko w porządku, czystość na wysokim poziomie (jedynie basen by mógł być czyściejszy) Smaczne jedzenie, super opcja z popołudniową herbatą/kawa. Na plaży ochroniarze którzy pilnują by Beach boy nie podchodzili zbyt blisko. Naprzeciwko hotelu mały sklepik z napojami i alkoholem oraz restauracja chińska. Niedaleko szpital. Do większego marketu 1,5km około.

동물들과의 환경은 매우 훌륭합니다! 물이 몇 번이고 말해도 거의 나오지 않는 것이 유일한 가장 큰 단점은지만, 그 외는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 아침에 일어나면 쥐가 텐트 앞에서 놀고 있다는 천국 같은 공간입니다. 기린과 이렇게 만질 수 있다는 것은 감사합니다.

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

This is our 4th visit to Papillon. The staff are amazing here. The animation team have such energy, the water aerobics is like nothing else. Everyone is always busy working, from the gardeners to the housekeepers to the pool attendants. Joseph and Raphael on the bar were excellent as always. Abdullah the pool attendant is always on hand with towels and keeps the pool clean. The rooms are always kept super clean with fresh linen and bottled water daily. The rooms now have a fridge and kettle (but you need your own teabags etc). The food and drink is great, lots of choices. The beach is stunning with pure white sand. Love this hotel and recommend to others

Good clean hotel, a lot of monkeys at territory. Have a good beach, but a lot of beachboys here asking for buy souvenirs.
