주차장 시설을 갖춘 일본 와카야마 현 호텔

방은 넓고 전망도 좋았지만, 시설이 좀 낡았어요. 완전히 어둡게 자려면 방 문 옆에 있는 메인 스위치를 꺼야 하는데, 그러려면 침대에서 일어나서 문까지 가야 했어요. 아니면 몇몇 불빛이 계속 켜져 있어서 눈이 부셨고요. 에어컨은 정말 최악이었어요. 최저 온도로 최대 풍량으로 틀어도 밤에 이불 덮고 자다가 너무 더워서 몇 번이나 깼어요. 뷔페는 그냥 평범했습니다.

The staff at the accommodation were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The English-speaking staff guided us around the facilities and thoroughly explained the rules. Despite the curfew at 9 PM, we were allowed to return later using an alternate door. Dinner was superb and delicious, with a variety of vegan dishes offered. It's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.

대부분의 객실이 바다 전망 객실로 태평양이나 가쓰우라 어항을 바로 마주하고 있으며, 객실 공간이 매우 좋습니다. 온천은 매우 편안하고 유황 냄새가 납니다. 개인탕은 오후 3시부터 시작하며, 오전 6시부터 대중탕(남녀)이 되며, 개인탕 요금은 50분에 2,000엔 이상입니다. 석식, 조식 모두 뷔페식으로 어항과 가까워서 어획물이 신선하고 맛있으며 종류도 풍부합니다. 그 밖에도 암반욕, 탁구, 노래방, 일본 만화책 등의 시설도 있습니다. 해안가에 있는 족욕탕에 몸을 담그고 커피 한잔 마시며 바다 풍경을 바라보면 정말 힐링이 됩니다.

It wasn't the most pleasant experience considering that the males n females had to share toilets and that some other rooms had private toilets n bath instead. And also the fact that the walls are super thin hence whomever is connected to your room if their loud or they don't like your voice volume than you might get kicked to the curb. It's a very frustrating experience for sure since it tests one's patience n ability to let go. It's training for the customers n monks alike. I met a Japanese friend here whom shared with me how rude the monks and the staff were to one another n I think that shows the quality of this place however we were pretty lucky as there was a male who spoke mandarin n a male who spoke English both quite well in this place n though the mandarin speaker was quite condescending towards the other monks, the English speaker was really nice n patient overall. He helped me out a lot since we couldn't communicate with the others n seemed to be the only customers that spoke English whom booked this place by ourselves, the others around seemed to have a guide n were usually in groups. It's a unique experience n I recommend just staying for one night or going to the other temples. I went for the ajikan meditation at eko in temple n the service n cleanliness was on another level for sure. The food here was also really simple. Also a must see are the tomb area n the walk to kobold daishi temple. As a sensitive person, I felt the overwhelming love n presence and the cleanse of my heart of this amazing soul over there. To me, that was worth it. Remember to clean yourself with the water out front before going in.... and of course to the amazing fateful friendship that occurred for us with the jap-********* couple we met. It was the next fav of mine after the time spent in nara visitor center. That was truly magickal n how I wished we stayed longer there. But all was good cause the way I planned this trip made it so that we would have this fateful encounter to the end of our trip.

시라하마에 매료된 지 10년이 되었는데, 아시아 11대 온천 리조트 호텔 중 하나라는 이곳을 선택했어요. 일본 온천 호텔은 반드시 풀 보드로 해야죠! 하지만 전체적인 경험은 그냥 그랬어요. 아마도 저희가 일본 온천 호텔을 너무 많이 숙박해서 그런 걸 수도 있구요! 이곳은 정말 탁 트인 바다 전망을 자랑하는데, 제가 예약한 방은 가든 뷰라고 적혀 있었지만 체크인할 때 오션 뷰로 업그레이드하고 싶다고 하니 프런트 직원이 방이 없다고 하더군요. 그런데 막상 방에 들어가니 바다가 보이더라고요! 여기 바다 전망은 이즈만큼 감동적이지는 않았어요! 시라하마 역에서 나오니 셔틀버스가 없어서 택시를 탔는데, 대략 2,500엔 정도 나왔어요. 여기 온천에서 가장 놀라웠던 건 혼탕이 가능한 야외 오션 뷰 노천탕이었어요. 경치가 정말 끝내주더군요! 식사는 그저 그랬어요. 저희가 경험했던 구사쓰 온천, 이즈의 다이와 료칸, 후지산 가와구치코, 심지어 게로 온천의 식사와는 비교할 수 없었어요! 서비스 직원들도 특별히 친절하지는 않았구요! 중국인 관광객이 정말 많았고, 홍콩과 마카오 사람들도 좀 있었어요. 일본인 관광객 비율은 매우 낮았고, 대부분 일본인 노년층이었어요! 이 온천 호텔은 아마도 중국인들 사이에서 유명해진 인플루언서 호텔 같아요! 간사이만 방문한다면 시라하마는 분명히 가볼 만한 곳이에요! 하지만 일본의 다른 지역을 방문할 계획이라면 굳이 이곳을 특별히 올 필요는 없을 것 같아요!

구마노 참을 위해 1박했습니다. 호텔은 바다 쪽이므로 기차라면 역에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 옛날의 리조트 호텔인 느낌이므로 낡음은 있습니다. 작은 단차 등이 여기저기 있어, 배리어 프리가 아닙니다. 식사도 매우 보통. 목욕도 내탕과 노천탕이 각 1과 이것 또한 보통. 프런트 스탭은 일본어를 어떻게든 할 수 있는 외국인이었습니다. 객층도 외국인 많음(중국인 같아?) 가장 유감이었던 것은 베란다가 더러운 일. 모처럼 오션 뷰인데 베란다는 더럽고, 베란다용 슬리퍼는 던져지고 있어, 매우 밖에 나오는 신경이 쓰이지 않고,, 아무것도 없다. 이 수준의 호텔이라면 옛날은 제대로 손질되고 있었다고 생각합니다. 좋았던 점은 샴푸 바가 있어 많은 가운데서 선택할 수 있었던 것과 플레이 룸이 적당히 놀 수 있었던 것, 무료의 밤 울음 담수 국수를 먹을 수 있었던 것입니다. GW 이었기 때문에 가격이 높았습니다.

We stayed in this lovely family hotel for a night, we opted for room stay with dinner and breakfast. There's no shops or restaurant near by, so highly suggest to choose the stay with meals option, otherwise there's cooking facility within the room also, so I think it's possible to cook your own meal if necessary. Location - the hotel is just round the corner of the famous Shirasaki Ocean Park, we even had a good view of the park from our room. There's parking space right in front of the hotel building, so it's very handy. We cycled to the Shirasaki Ocean Park then to the hotel, so it worked out perfect. There's a very steep slop going up to the hotel though, but it wasn't an issue for us as we pushed out bikes up. Facilities - this is a family run hotel which believes was built a while ago, so can't compare it to all those new built hotels. The ”room” we stayed is more like a mini flat, it has a big kitchen, good sized bathroom with changing area, a separate toilet, a living room, bedroom and an extra ”sitting” area. The entire flat is in traditional Japanese style which we loved, and it has all facilities that made our stay comfortable. It also has coined washing machine and driers. We could even access to rooftop on the 4th floor to view the sunset. If you're looking for a quiet place to have quality time, then this is a good place to do so. There's also ”public bath” within the hotel, it's small but wasn't an issue for us. There's also shower and bath in the room also if you want some privacy. Food - all food was cooked and prepared by the hotel owner, and she's a talented chef! Dinner was impressive, breakfast was standard. The hotel owner is very friendly and lovely, it's definitely ”the place” to stay if you're visiting the area. We highly recommend it.

It was way better than we expected according to the reviews. East wing indeed is the newest one: our room has all the facilities, it was spacious, clean and has fantastic view from the balcony. Meals were in traditional Japanese style, so might not be to everyone's liking, but we enjoyed all of them. I wasn't able to go to the onsen (as I have several big tattoes), but my husband liked an open one! Also, even though it is not listed in the hotel's description, but they do provide a parking if you come by your own car (as we did), which was very helpful, considering remoteness of location. All in all it was great experience, and not costly at all! Just one small remark: I do not eat meat and was concerned about parking, so I tried to contact the hotel in advance via Trip.com first and then their e-mail (listed on the web-site) to clarify those things... with zero success. I don't know if the reason was that I wrote in English and they barely speak it, but eventually I didn't get any response at all. Other than that really nothing to complain about!

체크인 경험이 별로라서 나쁜 리뷰를 남기려고 했지만, 체크인 후의 모든 것이 너무 좋았기 때문에 이 여행은 보상받았습니다. 먼저, 저에게 나쁜 경험을 안겨준 체크인 절차는 셀프 서비스이고 직원이 없습니다. 당연히 체크인 PIN이 포함된 안내 이메일을 미리 받아야 하는데, 다른 투숙객에게서 들었습니다. 하지만 Trip의 확인서 외에는 아무것도 받지 못했고 체크인을 할 수 없었습니다. 그리고 일본의 제 SIM 카드는 전화를 걸 수 없는 인터넷 카드일 뿐이라 호텔에 직접 연락할 방법이 없습니다. 제 파트너와 저는 7시간 하이킹을 한 후 저녁에 호텔 밖에 갇혔고, 산 속에 다른 이용 가능한 호텔이 없었습니다. 1시간 이상 기다린 후, 다른 투숙객들이 호텔에 전화할 수 있는 아이패드가 있는 관리실로 들어가는 것을 도와주었고(체크인하지 않고도 투숙객에게 사용할 수 있게 해두면 어떨까요?), Trip의 여행사의 도움으로 마침내 성공적으로 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 숙박 경험은 이렇습니다. 너무 좋아서 체크인 경험이 나빴던 걸 거의 용서할 정도입니다. 각 객실은 넓은 개별 주택이고 우리 집에는 바비큐를 위한 정원이 있습니다. 음식도 셀프 서비스로 제공되며, 냉장고에 요리 도구와 재료가 있습니다. 직접 요리해야 한다는 건 예상치 못한 일이었습니다(제가 예약했을 때는 객실 정보에 나와 있지 않았던 것 같습니다). 하지만 와규, 닭고기, 야채가 제공된다는 건 나쁘지 않습니다. 객실은 크고 아늑하며 하이킹 후에 세탁을 할 수 있습니다. 호텔 자체에 대한 모든 것이 좋지만 셀프 체크인 절차를 알고 그 전에 지침을 받으십시오.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were really special in their own ways. The one I stayed in was relatively spacious for Japan standards, and the views of the sea were stunning. Amenities were adequate, sheets and pillows smell fresh and clean. They provide pyjamas as well! The highlights of this hotel is the super spacious, clean and new bathroom with a tub that automatically fills itself to 42 degrees Celsius water as well as the back door of the hotel leads directly to the private beach area that is quiet and peaceful. Not to forget the restaurant area with beautiful views as well! Service was friendly, English was minimal but good enough. Location is slightly inaccessible without a car but the quiet surrounding makes up for it.
