수영장 시설을 갖춘 키프로스 파마구스타 구 호텔

Me and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted. Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby. The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed. They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip. It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids. Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better. The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel. Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it. Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers. I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel. Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

나는이 호텔에 대한 높은 기대를 가지고 있었고 솔직히 약간 실망했습니다. 우리는 아침 식사 패키지 만 가지고 있었지만 음식은 전혀 다양하지 않았고 매일 아침 같은 것, 과일 선택이 거의 없었습니다. 나는 이것 전에 4 성급 호텔에 머물렀고 음식은 훨씬 더 좋았고 많은 과일이있었습니다. 엔터테인먼트는 매우 열악하고 아이들을위한 미니 디스코조차도 큰 불만, 아이들을위한 음악 선택은 매우 맛이 없습니다 (클럽 음악). 낮에는 방의 청소는 매우 짧았습니다 (5 성급 호텔에서 기대하는 것이 아님). 발코니에서 옷과 수건을 말릴 공간이 많지 않습니다. 이 호텔에서 내가 좋아하는 것은 객실 디자인과 수영장 공간이었습니다. 또한 우리가 Nissi 해변과 너무 가까웠다는 사실.

The Hotel's aquapark / water slides were not operational during our staying and I was told they're not in service this season, though it was not mentioned in their website, and we chose this hotel because of the water park for the kids. However! the staff in the reception were so nice, friendly and helpfull! an extraordinary service! In addition, we booked half baord and found out that the hotel cooperates with a near by Italian fusion restaurant thaT happened to be astonishing! Highly recommanded!

우리는 딸의 생일을 축하하기 위해 2026년 10월 2일부터 4일까지 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 호텔에는 좋은 품질이 많이 있지만 불행히도 이 시점에서 추천하고 싶다고 말할 수는 없습니다. 긍정적 인 점: 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 리셉션, 레스토랑 및 바에서 정중하고 친절하며 진정으로 즐거웠습니다. 딸의 생일을 위해 케이크와 스파클링 와인을 냉장고에 친절하게 배치했습니다. 호텔은 아름다운 전망, 아름다운 녹색 부지, 간이 주방이 있는 넓은 객실, 편안한 매트리스 및 훌륭한 침대 린넨을 갖추고 있습니다. 해변까지 셔틀, 주간 활동, 저녁 엔터테인먼트 및 다양한 음식도 있습니다. 불행히도 방의 청결과 유지 관리는 실망 스러웠습니다. 우리 방의 세면대가 새고 있어서 사용 후 바닥에 물이 모였습니다. 토요일 아침에 목욕 매트로 닦고 바닥에 놓고 버렸습니다. 우리가 아침 식사 후 돌아왔을 때 같은 젖고 더러운 매트는 교체하는 대신 유리 샤워 칸막이 위에 단순히 매달려 있었습니다. 바닥에 남겨진 수건은 교체해야 합니다. 수건도 신선한 냄새가 나지 않아 침대 시트가 흠이 없었지만 청결에 대해 질문했습니다. 거미의 둥지와 큰 거미와 함께 싱크대와 욕조 사이의 먼지도 발견했습니다. 우리는 거미를 두려워하지 않지만 이것은 4-star 호텔에서 1 박에 € 300 이상을 지불하는 것으로 기대하는 것이 아닙니다. 또 다른 불쾌한 문제는 메인 레스토랑의 식기였습니다. 많은 접시에 흰색 잔여물과 줄무늬가 있었고 매우 더러워 보였습니다. 직원에게 언급했지만 토요일과 일요일 아침 식사에도 같은 문제가 남아 있었습니다. 이것은이 체인에서 호텔에서 두 번째로 머물렀고 불행히도 두 번째로 객실 상태 또는 청결에 문제가 발생했습니다. 하우스 키핑 표준, 직원 교육 및 객실 유지 관리에 더 많은 관심을 기울이십시오. 이러한 문제는 그렇지 않으면 매우 쾌적한 호텔의 전반적인 인상에 심각하게 영향을 미칩니다.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Amazing Stay at Oasis Sunrise We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more. The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the ***** which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out: • Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy. • Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence. • Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco. • Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced. • Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything. The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

La stanza si presentava molto luminosa, pulitissima e dotato di ogni comfort al di fuori dell'asciugacapelli. La stanza presentava un ampio balcone con vista interna sulla piscina. Al suo interno vi era anche una piccola cucina. Se avete affittato una macchina c'è un parcheggio per strada un pò più sopra dell'hotel vicino alla chiesa.

The best beach and sea in the cyprus..like a aquarium, pure clean water like a pool..l do visit this hotel for 10 years left always happy, distances small not like other places like a football stadium walking and walking within the hotel..room, lobby beach. recommend highlt and love this place

Всё понравилось. Конечно, отель не новый, но на каждый минус( а их не много) есть много плюсов. Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

We arrived at the hotel early, well before the check-in time. We asked if we could check in earlier than the scheduled time and the sullen clerk answered us sternly that it was impossible. We asked for towels for the pool in the meantime, and again we were told no. Some time later, another, nicer clerk arrived and explained that she would do everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible, and we did get the room early. The same sullen clerk continued to make a face every time we passed by the reception. The room we got was a room by the pool, overall a nice room, a bit small and mostly dark. On the plus side, we would like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the room. We asked for extra towels and got them. The food is not bad, quite varied. We really liked the restaurant attached to the hotel, the food, the atmosphere and the service. There is parking at the hotel and we used it. The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and the walking path along the beach. The hotel is close to the shopping street and restaurants.

Recently spent 3 days at the Tsokkos beach hotel on a All inclusive Room was cleaned every day and comfortable bed. Pool was lovely and big but can imagine it being very crowded in height of summer. Food was excellent we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the food tasty and plenty of choice. Local drinks beer/ spirits were also good as were the soft drinks. Entertainment around pool was aqua aerobics which lasted approximately half a hour, the music if you can call it that was painful to listen to the volume was turned right up which there was no need for it to be. It was head banging rave type stuff it truly was dreadful, I felt like it was an endurance test to get through it. Please when doing these activities cater to your audience as it changes throughout the year and have respect for the guests who do not want to join in who came away to relax. Some staff really nice others couldn’t even smile especially the 2 ladies on omelette making.
