I stayed for a week , room heating worked well / shower pressure good & hot , body wash /shampoo / conditioner supplied & reasonable quality ,cleaning staff excellent
( everyday ) electric kettle in room , bed comfortable , breakfast very good , staff helpful enough when required , AMAZING patisserie just across the road as well as good donor store ..great hotel for very cheap price ! Will definitely stay there again if needing to be in famagusta again …

Dieses Hotel ist einfach perfekt.
Wir reisen viel und es gab überall immer irgendwas was nicht ideal war. Das hier ist für uns himmlisch.
Der Service, die Lage, das Essen. Ich würde 100 Punkte geben, wenn es möglich wäre. Wir haben sogar unser Anschlusshotel storniert und sind wieder hierher 🤩

Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy.
Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.

편안하게 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것. 정착지에서 중요한 미묘함: 냉장고를 켜고 온수기 스위치를 켜는 방법을 찾으십시오. 그러나 나는 모든 것을 말한 멋진 이웃을 얻었습니다. 그러나 resepshen은 항상 연결에 있습니다. 모든 것이 최고입니다! 우리는 다시 올 것입니다, 단지는 편리합니다.

블루 아이비는 프로 타라스 지역에 훌륭한 위치에있는 매우 멋진 호텔입니다. 나는 주로 가족을 위해 그것을 추천 할 것입니다. 성인용 수영장과 어린이용 수영장이 하나 있습니다. 성인 수영장은 훌륭하지만 호텔의 크기에 대해 조금 더 커질 것으로 예상했습니다. ... 레스토랑은 성인 수영장 근처에 있으며 매우 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 직원은 훌륭합니다. 전반적으로 나는 좋은 경험을했습니다.

I highly recommend flamingo paradise hotel! It very well located, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially ALESYA!!!

전반적으로 좋은 숙박. 매우 친절한 유럽인 이 나를 환영하고 열쇠와 Wi-Fi를 주었습니다. 모든 것을 명확하게 설명했습니다. 무게보다 펀칭하는 아주 멋진 수영장 지역.
방은 매우 기본적입니다. 비교적 저렴한 옵션을 찾고 있거나 방을 많이 사용할 계획이 없다면 가져 가십시오.

DDenise KSTMe and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted.
Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby.
The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed.
They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip.
It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids.
Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better.
The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel.
Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it.
Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers.
I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel.
Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

리리뷰어I had high expectations from this hotel and honestly I was a bit disappointed. We only had breakfast package, but food was not varied at all, every morning same things, very little fruit selection. I have stayed on a 4 star hotel prior to this and the food was much better and lots of fruits. Entertainment very poor, even mini disco for kids a big dissappoiment, the music selection very tasteless for kids (club music). Cleaning in the room during the day was very briefly ( not what you expect from a 5 star hotel). Not much space to dry of clothes and towels on the balcony. The things I liked in this hotel was the room design and pool area. Also the fact that we were so close to Nissi beach.

리리뷰어The hotel was immaculate from the front stairs to our room. Everything felt really modern and cleanliness was always maintained to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful where needed. From a vibes perspective I would say this hotel is better suited to young travellers and part go-ers as the pool has lively music all day which may not be appealing to families.

Территория продумана, так,что ,не смотря на большое количество гостей, никто друг другу почти не мешает. Все номера главного здания с видом на море, но половина из них выходит ещё и на хоз.блок, в одном из таких на 3м этаже мы и жили. Было шумно от труб ,которые там расположены. Балконом пришлось пользоваться только для сушки белья. Хотя знакомые, которые жили дальше от нас по коридору на 5 номеров, говорили, что у них тихо. Но зато много локаций с красивыми видами. И благодаря наличию пирса и расположению бассейнов можно загорать до самого захода солнца. В номере вместительный сейф, минибар включен.Персонала много, территория убирается. Анимация хорошая, весь день при желании можно чем, то заняться. Еда разнообразная,вкусная, напитки качественные, включены также брэндовые. Мороженное, молочные коктейли, орешки и т.д....холодидьники с водой и айраном удобно расположены по всей территории. Все включено можно пользоваться до самого вечера в день отъезда, также в день приезда сразу надевают браслет еще до заселения.Такси, которое могут заказать в отеле в аэропорт Эрджан стоит 2800лир, это дорого. Уехали за 2000 лир , местные знакомые заказали такси. Вообщем, отличный вариант для семейного отдыха за разумные деньги.

AAnči K.I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

리리뷰어우리 방이 위치한 곳은 매일 밤 *****를 따라 바의 매우 큰 소리를 내는 것을 의미했습니다. 대부분의 바는 노래방이나 고객이 노래하는 공물 행위였기 때문에 발코니 문을 닫아도 마치 거기에 있는 것처럼들을 수 있었습니다!! 나는 개인적으로 선베드가 잔디 위에 있는 것을 좋아하지 않았고, 지저분한 발과 선베드를 얻었습니다. 수영장을 드나드는 사람들 때문에 진흙 투성이의 패치가 되기 시작합니다. 선 음영은 움직일 수 없으며 선베드는 꽤 포장되어 있으므로 선베드를 그늘로 이동할 공간이 많지 않습니다. 음식은 훌륭했습니다. 바 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 리프트는 그런 큰 호텔에 비해 너무 작아서 리프트를 기다리는 데 오랜 시간이 걸립니다. 우리는 대부분의 날 해변, 멋진 깨끗한 해변에 도착했습니다. 하루 동안 선베드를 얻는 것이 저렴합니다.
