바 시설을 갖춘 파나마 파나마 주 호텔

아침은 제가 좋아하는 라틴 아메리카 폴렌타를 먹었고, 밤에는 야식을 제공받았습니다(유료). 공항까지 차로 이동하는데 시간은 좀 걸렸지만 공항까지 무료 셔틀버스가 운행해 주었습니다. 1층에 야외수영장이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

체크인을 일찍 할 수 있게 해줘서 처음에는 좋았습니다. 체크인 절차를 시작하면서 예약 내역에는 ”더블 침대 2개 또는 킹 사이즈 침대가 있는 스탠다드룸”으로 되어 있었지만, 킹 사이즈 침대를 원한다고 말씀드렸습니다. 그런데 킹 사이즈 침대를 사용하려면 25달러의 추가 요금이 부과된다는 말을 듣고 실망하기 시작했습니다. 이유를 묻자, 예약 내역에 명시된 스탠다드룸이기 때문에 킹 사이즈 침대는 추가 요금이 붙는다고 했습니다. 예약 내역을 보여줬지만, 그는 추가 요금이라고 주장했습니다. 남편은 그냥 체크인을 하고 싶어 했기 때문에 결국 신용카드로 추가 요금을 지불했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 좋았고 1층이라서 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 TV는 채널이 전혀 나오지 않아서 아무것도 볼 수 없었습니다. 수영장에 나가보니 풀사이드 바가 닫혀 있었고, 저희가 머무는 동안에는 운영하지 않는다고 했습니다. (2025년 5월 5일 기준) 숙소를 고를 때는 명시된 편의시설을 이용할 수 있기를 기대합니다. 비수기라거나 풀사이드 바가 닫는다는 안내는 전혀 없었습니다. 수영장에서 칵테일을 마시며 여유로운 시간을 보내고 싶었는데 말이죠. 바에 들어가 보니 음료를 가져다 줄 직원을 찾느라 한참을 헤매야 했습니다. 나중에 레스토랑에서 저녁 식사를 했는데 서비스도 좋았고 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 날 아침 일찍 공항으로 가야 했는데 셔틀 서비스가 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 운전기사분도 친절하고 안전하게 운전해 주셨습니다. 추가로 부과된 25달러에 대해서는 프런트 데스크에 문의했습니다. 직원분은 매우 미안해하며 제 입장을 이해해 주셨지만, 고객센터 전화번호가 적힌 명함만 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 숙소는 아름답고 객실도 편안했습니다.

아침 식사는 10점 만점에 훌륭했고, 전망은 정말 멋졌습니다. 호텔은 쇼핑가와 레스토랑이 도보 거리에 있는 좋은 위치에 있습니다.

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

카펫은 오랫동안 진공 청소기로 청소하지 않았지만 방은 좋고 편안했습니다. 스파에서 마사지를 받았습니다. 매우 혼란스럽고 경험이 부족한 마사지. 내가 도착한 지 30분 만에 수건이나 가운이 준비되지 않았습니다. 그녀는 내가 샤워 매트에 알몸으로 들어가는 동안에도 한 번에 하나씩 물건을 가져 왔습니다. 그 다음 가운, 가운 벨트, 수건, 슬리퍼. 나는 그녀에게 나는 단지 등 마사지를 원하고 강하게하고 싶다고 말했지만 나는 그녀에게 문지르고 더 강해질 곳을 계속 말해야했습니다.   그 외에는 시설이 좋았습니다 나는 온라인 예약을 사용하여 하루, 이틀, 이틀을 더 예약했습니다. 나는 항상 2인용으로 예약하지만 지난 3일 동안 뭔가 잘못되어 어떻게 든 1인만 예약했습니다. 데스크 직원은 하루에 $55를 2인으로 변경하라고 말했습니다. 처음 두 번 사용하지 않은 앱은 무릎을 는 사람에게 기본이고 두 사람을 선택할 기회가 없다고 생각합니다. 바에서 음료를 마시는 것은 매우 어렵습니다. 나는 그럭저럭 바에서 음료를 마실 수 있었고 테이블로 옮겼습니다. 태에서 물건에 대한 청구서를 받았을 때 이미 지불 한 음료가 청구서에있었습니다. 웨이트리스가 수정했습니다. 감사합니다. 주머니에 바 영수증이 있습니다.

Soggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore. Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien. Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!

Convenient location, spacious amd cosy room, counter staff Elian & Edgar are well trained and always give prompt response to your requests and queries. Recommended to travellers visiting to Panama City of Panama

The hotel location is very good , very close to the main places in the city , so is easy to move around . The hotel room is ok , is big and spacious and the furniture is new . The hotel decoration is alright just like a normal holiday inn hotel , looks more for a business trip . It has a nice swimming pool on the top of the building too . The only problem I saw is that because of eco friendly tiles there are no water bottles at the room , there is free water tanks and the lobby so to drink you need to drink at the lobby , or take water from outside the hotel , but there are no shops close to the hotel , so you need to pay a higher price for the hotel vending machine or just drink water at lobby , I was thirsty the whole stay haha . But I recommend it for business people
