Overall a good stay.. but trips.com should discuss with property management on room types availablility , since we blocked room with extra beds and hotel was denying to provide the same. After having 30 minutes argument , hotel agreed to provide extra bedding complimentary. Plus the glasses provided inside the rooms were not clean and bedsheets and pillow covers were also having stains. Food quality and pricing was good and we liked the food. Service staff was available to provide the services at their best.

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy. The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers

While going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Hotels are too good to stay with family. Good service by hotels management. Curious about all your concerns and issues. Good with forest and natural enviroent make a mind wow. Cleanliness with great gardens. Food and service in restaurant is too good. Great and unforgettable experience ever.
