O hotel é perfeito do começo ao fim! Desde a chegada, fomos recebidos com muita simpatia, educação e acolhimento pela equipe da recepção, que merece um destaque especial. É aquele tipo de atendimento que faz você se sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindo. O quarto é lindo, confortável e muito bem cuidado, com uma atmosfera acolhedora e aquele cheirinho delicioso de tudo impecavelmente preparado. A piscina é maravilhosa e o café da manhã, impecável, com muita qualidade e atenção aos detalhes. Ficamos apenas duas noites e, depois de vivenciar um pouco do que a propriedade oferece, minha impressão é de que o ideal seria ficar pelo menos três noites. Há muito para aproveitar, apreciar e simplesmente desfrutar com calma.

The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

호텔과 시설은 정말 훌륭합니다. 객실은 넓고 아름답지만, 검은색 슬레이트 벽과 바닥 때문에 거미줄이 잘 보이지 않아 청결 관리에 조금 더 신경을 썼으면 좋겠습니다. 조식은 맛있었고, 호숫가 카페에서 제공하는 모든 음식도 훌륭했습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

I highly recommend this place.  It’s good value for the money. Good location, quiet and all.

The hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.

Local muito agradável, quartos muito limpos e organizados, água da piscina exterior um pouco suja, o atendimento do pequeno almoço 5 estrelas, o pequeno-almoço muito razoável.

남유럽 시골의 수도원을 개조한 이 호텔은 눈부시게 아름다운 예배당, 복도에 자리한 레스토랑과 바, 그리고 올리브 나무 숲과 들판이 펼쳐진 정원을 자랑합니다. 공용 공간에 있는 여러 홀들도 둘러볼 가치가 충분합니다. 야외 수영장은 여름에 특히 인기가 많을 것 같습니다. 호텔은 객실 수가 많아 단체 여행객도 수용할 수 있으며, 실제로 은퇴하신 어르신들이 묵고 있는 모습도 볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 구시가지에서 조금 떨어져 있지만, 도시는 매우 작아서 시내 중심에서 약 4km 정도밖에 되지 않으며, 기차역까지 택시비는 5유로 정도면 갈 수 있습니다.

Pool area is very good and location as well. However, the rooms are very damp and need more maintenance. We noticed some dusty spots and spider webs. Breakfast is good.

Boa localização, ambiente bom. Instalações excelentes. Staff 100% de simpatia e ajuda em todas as situações. Negativo o restaurante só abrir de quarta feira a Domingo. Restauração fora da unidade debatem-se com falta de colaboradores e é difícil arranjar sítio onde fazer as alimentações. A minha opinião é a rever.
