호텔은 괜찮고 스파도 좋지만, 온수 욕조가 하나밖에 없어서 좀 아쉬워요. 비수기에는 근처에 문을 연 가게가 많지 않아서 외식이 좀 불편해요. 시내 중심가까지 가는 데도 시간이 꽤 오래 걸립니다. 그 외에는 모든 게 훌륭하고, 날씨가 따뜻해지면 더 좋아질 것 같아요.

나는 호텔에서 놀라운 숙박을했고 그 중 큰 부분은 직원 중 한 명인 Marian에게 감사했습니다. 그녀는 우리가 도착한 순간부터 믿을 수 없을 정도로 따뜻하고 환영했습니다. 그녀는 시간을 내어 체육관과 수영장에서 레스토랑과 아침 식사 공간에 이르기까지 모든 호텔 시설에 대한 자세한 소개를 제공했을 뿐만 아니라 호텔 위치에 대한 훌륭한 정보를 공유하여 인근 명소와 편리한 교통 옵션은 우리가 하루를 계획하는 데 정말 도움이 되었습니다.

위치, 친절함, 가격, 시설 다 좋음 겨울에 오면 사우나 꼭 하시길
설명도 한국어로 잘 되어 있어서 좋고 무료 조식 퀄리티 치고도 너무 좋았뜸~ 소예르가 대체적으로 주말에 가게가 많이 쉬고 영업을 하더라도 일찍 닫음. 여기서 스낵도 먹을 수 있고 조식 외에도 식사를 할 수 있으니 이용하시길 바람!!!

재앙이 있었고, 거의 모든 것이 실패했습니다. 아침과 밤에 열쇠가 작동하지 않았고 그들은 그것을 바꾸지 않았기 때문에 나는 그것이 야기하는 모든 단점을 가지고 다른 곳에서 잠을 자야했습니다. 아침에는 자신의 입장을 요구하고 변명없이 나쁜 얼굴에 새로운 열쇠를 주면 올라가고 뜨거운 물이 없습니다. 샤워없이 일하고 있었기 때문에 늦었고 열쇠를 돌려서 불평하기 위해 떨어졌습니다. 변명과 하나 우리는 매우 차갑습니다. (마치 내 잘못인 듯) 그리고 작별인사를 하라

장점: 이 부티크 호텔 정말 최고였어요! 고풍스러운 매력과 깔끔하고 모던한 인테리어가 조화롭게 어우러져 너무 좋았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 밝았어요! 고급 브랜드 록시땅의 세면도구도 마음에 들었습니다. 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 특히 식당의 파비오 씨는 세심한 부분까지 신경 써주셔서 식사가 정말 즐거웠습니다. 스파 매니저에게 받은 스파 트리트먼트도 최고였어요. 주변 환경도 마음에 들었습니다. 밤에도 친구들과 함께 안전하게 산책할 수 있었어요. 프런트 데스크 직원분들과 청소팀도 정말 친절했습니다! 정말 감사합니다!
단점: 밤에 거리 소음이 들렸습니다. 벽이 얇아서 문 밖과 벽 너머로 움직이는 소리가 들렸어요. 어느 날 저녁에는 몇 분 동안 물이 나오지 않는 적도 있었습니다.

마요르카 동쪽에 있어 렌터카를 이용하지 않으면 다소 불편할 수 있는 위치이지만 눈 앞에 펼쳐지는 포도밭과 수영장, 프라이빗한 분위기에 압도되는 엄청난 경험을 할 수 있어요.
웰니스 리조트 느낌으로 고객분들의 나이가 다소 높으나 그만큼 조용한 분위기 속에서 편히 쉬길 원한다면 추천해요.
방은 깔끔하고 베드의 사이즈도 좋았어요.
다만 아쉬운 것은 투숙하는 동안 이불을 덮었을 때 간지러움을 호소했어요. 다음 숙소로 옮겨서는 전혀 느끼지 못했구요.
이 부분은 숙소에서 한번 체크해주면 좋겠네요.
숙소에서 이동하여 식사를 하기에는 주변 인프라가 거리가 있으니 꼭 내부 레스토랑을 이용해보세요. 코스요리가 너무 맛있고 한국인이나 일본인이라면 아주 좋아할 것 같아요. 쉐프가 음식에 아시아 터치를 가미하는데 입맛에 잘 맞아요.
직원분들이 너무 나이스 하고 투숙하는 동안 꽃다발을 요청했는데 잘 도움 주셨어요. 너무 감사합니다.

훌륭한 호텔! 공항은 멀지 않습니다.
내 비행기는 36시간의 기착이 있었기 때문에 호텔의 위치가 중요했습니다.
비행기가 연착되어 자정이 넘어서 호텔에 도착했기 때문에 24시간 프런트 데스크가 훌륭합니다.
아침 식사는 훌륭하고 야채, 과일은 다양합니다. 수영장이 있고 해변도 멀지 않습니다.
방은 크고 넓고 깨끗합니다!

Ggosomewhere호텔은 시내 중심에서 멀지 않고, 대중교통이 매우 편리하며, 공항버스로 돌아가는 데 5분 정도 소요되며, 근처에 레스토랑도 많고, 관광지와도 도보로 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 스위트룸은 넓고 에어컨이 완비되어 있으며 생활하기 매우 편안합니다. 매우 현대적이며 권장됩니다.

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence.
The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00.
While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy.
Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car.
In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

리리뷰어El servicio excelente, igual que las instalaciones. Además te dan la posibilidad, el dia que te vas, de pasar todo el dia en el hotel y ducharte antes de irte (te facilitan toallas, champú...).
La ubicación es buena, no es el centro de ibiza pero está muy cerca de cala gracioneta y cala saladeta, de supermercados y de todo tipo de servicios.
