I thought the place was nice, but to be honest the blankets on the bed and in the cupboard annoyed me with static electricity. The shower water came out way too fast. But everything else was great and the people are very nice.

샌드턴의 하얏트 하우스에서 경이로운 경험! 요하네스버그 교외에 위치한 이 호텔은 안전하고 고요한 환경을 제공합니다. 객실은 매우 편안했고 스토브, 전자레인지, 미니 냉장고가 있는 아파트 같은 설정이 있었습니다. 또한 여기 직원들은 절대적으로 믿을 수 없습니다. 나는 솔직히 그들에게 충분히 감사할 수 없습니다. 그들은 매우 친절하며 요하네스버그에서 훌륭한 숙박을 할 수 있도록 할 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에서 아침 식사 직원에 이르기까지 모두가 훌륭했고 언젠가 요부르크로 돌아갈 수 있기를 고대하고 있습니다.

The hotel is great for a layover as it is super close to the airport. They have a shuttle which was a great help for me. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner as I missed SA food. Most of the staff was really helpful (especially Lily from the kitchen) she went above and beyond to help me cause I was with a baby. She made sure I was comfortable, had my food while she was holding my baby. I really appreciate that, thank you 🙏 . I also observed her around other customers she kept the same energy. My room was cleaned daily which was nice. My suggestion is some stuff member must give the same service to everyone regardless of who they are and how they look.

I had the most incredible stay at The Ashford Guesthouse. All my needs were taken care of by the professional staff and owner, Megan really attends to all guests needs to ensure a pleasant stay. The aesthetics of the guesthouse gave me a sense of homely comfort like I was visiting my grandparents. And with delicious breakfasts each morning that catered to my vegan lifestyle, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely spread they provided. The location is also very convenient with Rosebank mall and the zone and the Rosebank market within a 10 minute walking distance. I truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to a future visit.

Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative.
Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly.
I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean.
Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆
Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters.
Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.
