Very nice hotel, the food is good, the room is clean and nice, there is a washing machine with heater, that is very convenient for customer.

호텔은 좋고 깨끗하고 위생적이지만 프론트의 서비스 태도가 허접하고 헤이삼촌도 마찬가지지만 오프라인 예약에 비해 가격이 좀 비싸서 혼자 나가면 오프라인으로 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

이곳에 묵은 것은 이번이 두 번째이며 꼭 다시 이곳에 묵을 것입니다. 공항과 매우 가까워서 너무 좋습니다. 비행으로 인해 너무 피곤하면 룸서비스를 주문하거나 레스토랑에서 칵테일과 함께 멋진 뷔페를 즐길 수 있습니다. 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport and I must say, the experience was very good. One of the standout features of this hotel is its shuttle service. It was extremely convenient, providing hassle-free transportation to and from the airport, which is a major plus for any traveler. The staff at the hotel deserve a special mention. They were not only professional but also exceptionally helpful and friendly. Whether it was assistance with luggage, or general inquiries, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the buffet breakfast. It offered a wide variety of options, all delicious and well-prepared. From fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes, the quality of the food was impressive, and it was a fantastic way to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport was delightful. The combination of the convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities like the buffet breakfast make it a hotel I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Johannesburg. Whether you're on business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Great location and friendly staff. 2. a. std room, no fridge or tea/coffee making. b. room clean, quiet and serviced when req. c. no room to keep suitcase open and limited hanging space. d. mainly local TV programing except for ”BBC” channel which showed French TV, CNN appeared sometime late on day 2. e. power load shedding meant TV had to be regularly reset by hotel maintenance. f. breakfast choices reasonable (some supply issues) g. went for dinner one night and around 80% of menu unavailable (supply issues again). h. for reasons still unbeknown to me, prices were NOT displayed on the cafe menus. Thirdly, if I was ever to return to JNB, I still may stay at Onomo, albeit in an upgraded room. Plenty of good eating nearby, particularly in the adjacent Nelson Mandela Square complex.

I enjoyed the whole experience, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area so i felt safe the whole time. loved the facilities as for the food was always eating out at nearby restaurants. I will definitely visit again because I enjoyed and had a wonderful time at the hotel.

시설: 올해 초에 막 개장하여 모든 시설이 아주 새롭고 최신식이었습니다. 다양한 충전 케이블을 꽂을 수 있는 멀티 콘센트가 있어서 이 점이 아주 좋았습니다. 밤에는 매우 조용했고 방음도 잘 되었습니다. 위생: 매우 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 머무는 동안 편안했지만, 아침 식사는 뭐랄까, 아주 간단하게 배를 채울 수 있는 정도였습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있었지만, 딱 기본적인 서비스라고 할 수 있겠습니다. 그리고 프런트 데스크 흑인 직원분들은 다소 차별적인 태도를 보이는 듯했습니다. 하지만 예의를 갖춰 대화하면 문제를 해결하기 위해 최선을 다해 도와주었습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 바로 옆에 중국 음식점 두 곳이 있다는 것입니다. 한 곳은 후난 요리, 다른 한 곳은 광둥 요리 전문점인데, 두 곳 모두 음식 퀄리티가 매우 좋았습니다. 양도 푸짐해서 성인 두 명이 요리 두 개만 시켜도 배부르게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 가성비가 매우 높고 아주 훌륭했습니다. 또한 부유층 주거 지역에 위치해 있어서 보안이 매우 좋았습니다. 많은 중국인 투숙객들이 그곳에 머무는 것을 볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 밖에는 넓은 잔디밭이 있고 테이블도 있어서, 낮에 햇살이 좋을 때는 앉아서 일광욕을 하거나 커피를 마실 수도 있었습니다. 다음 출장 때도 이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것 같습니다.

호텔 시설은 비교적 낡았지만 서비스는 여전히 힐튼 수준입니다. 일반적으로 팁은 하루에 3-5달러입니다. 객실 청소 직원이 여러 번 오는 것 같습니다. 청소가 끝났다고 생각하는 경우가 많습니다. 갑자기 수건 등을 가져오러 옵니다.
