호텔의 현지 스타일의 작은 집이 훌륭해요. 호텔 내부 환경도 매우 편안합니다. 수영장은 두 개 있습니다. 서비스 직원들은 매우 열정적입니다. 하지만 아침 식사 메뉴의 종류는 다소 제한적입니다.

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

시설은 깨끗하고 현대적이었지만, 샤워실 물이 완전히 빠지지 않아 배수구에 미끄러운 물웅덩이가 생겼습니다. 객실 관리도 일관성이 없었습니다. 거울이 젖어 있거나, 쓰레기통이 비워지지 않았거나, 수건이 바뀌지 않았거나, 침대가 제대로 정돈되지 않은 경우가 여러 번 있었습니다. 프로그래밍 가능한 금고는 잠긴 후 열리지 않았고, 객실 출입을 위해 키 카드를 다시 프로그래밍해야 했습니다. 어느 날, 이른 오후에 방에서 쉬고 있는데 누군가 제 방에 들어오려고 했지만 걸쇠가 걸려 막혔습니다. 객실 관리 문제인가 싶어 재빨리 밖을 확인해 봤지만, 싱글렛에 반바지, 샌들을 신은 건장한 뚱뚱한 섬 주민 한 명 외에는 아무도 없었습니다. 모퉁이를 빠르게 돌아가는 사람이었습니다. 아마도 전자 출입 카드를 어떻게든 얻어 다른 투숙객의 방을 털고 있던 다른 투숙객이었던 것 같습니다. 그 사건 이후 제 키 카드가 작동하지 않아서 리셉션에 가서 다시 프로그래밍해야 했습니다. 직원들은 대체로 정중하고 친절했지만, 실제로는 맡은 바를 다하기 위해 그저 형식적으로만 일했습니다. 아무도 자신이 하는 일을 좋아하는 것 같지 않았습니다. 계란 스테이션에서는 수란을 만들 수 없었습니다. 주방에서 직접 수란을 만들어야 했고, 물을 먼저 끓여야 했기에 기다리는 시간이 엄청나게 길었습니다. 이전에 사모아를 방문했을 때 사바이 섬의 한 호텔에서 계란 스테이션에 수란을 위한 끓는 물이 담긴 냄비가 있었는데, 다른 종류의 계란 못지않게 수란이 빨리 나왔습니다. 이번 방문 당시 아피아 주변의 다른 호텔 행사에 참석하기 위해 방문했습니다. 이번 방문 후에는 다른 호텔에 묵을 생각입니다.

Amazing stay at Return to Paradise. We stayed over Christmas day, and the staff and owners made it so special. The Christmas buffet was excellent. It was so dreamy to step out of our room and straight onto the beach. Definitely worth it and we will definitely stay again.

The staff was so friendly and humble. Even though there were small concerns, with their polite manner, they immediately fixed them making our stay pleasant and cozy.

호텔의 위치는 매우 편리하고 택시를 부르거나 차를 빌릴 수 있으며 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 깔끔하며 서비스 직원은 따뜻하고 친절합니다. 유일한 단점은 사모아 네트워크가 좋지 않고 호텔의 WIFI가 연결되지 않는다는 것입니다.
