The two bedroom suite is such a good deal when you are three or. 4 people. Brand new big suites Hilton style quality. You can use the restaurants from the normal. Hilton Hotel also. Pool is good but not large and is in the Shadow in afternoons.

The staffs are 4/5. The location looks ok. First they make Me wait a long long time in lobby. Second they gave me room that was not cleaned but again i have to bring bag from That dirty room from Previous guest to lobby. Finally after long hours they gave me room. The good Thing is breakfast is good. Also they have free drop To airport . Overall its 3.5/5 In my personal experience. Hotel Is good but need more staffs or more training to staffs..

The pool and access to the mall is the best part. It would be nice to have a place to fill up and get clean water regularly. The breakfast buffet was a little bit of a disappointment. The service was good and the room was clean but the extra locks on our bathroom door and main door were broken off and that was a little concerning.

Such a lovely quiet place to be in. Perfect for transit as near to the airport. Very clean and convenient as everything is at the premises. Do not have to go out. Definitely recommending to my work colleagues and circle.

호텔 자체는 매우 좋습니다. 보안 직원이 안전하게 지키고 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 무료이며 맛있습니다. 공항을 오가는 무료 셔틀 서비스가 있습니다. 그러나 나는 15-minute 여행을 위해 픽업 서비스를 위해 1.45 시간을 기다리고 있었기 때문에 도착했을 때 행복하지 않았습니다. 접수 원은 사과했고 나중에 친절하게 운송을 준비하는 데 도움을주었습니다.

전반적인 첫인상은 실내 엘리베이터를 찾는 것이었습니다. 저는 플러스 사이즈 여성이고 외딴 지역에서 돌아와 도시로 돌아오는 길이라 가족과 함께 최고의 밤을 보낼 수 있을 거라고 기대했습니다. 방에 가려고 계단을 오르내리는 것만으로도 벌써 짜증이 났습니다. 객실 에어컨은 충분히 시원했는데, 경영진이 개선해야 할 부분이라고 생각합니다. 잭슨 국제공항 바로 근처에 있어서 위치는 이상적이지만, 개선이 필요합니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 순조로웠지만, 무료 조식은 훌륭했습니다.

훌륭한 호텔. 꽤 오래되었지만 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 이그제큐티브 스위트의 조명은 상당히 열악합니다. 오래된 메인 조명이 하나뿐이어서 방을 잘 밝히지 못해서 일을 하기 위해 작은 침대 조명 2개를 켜야 했습니다.

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.
