It is located 5 minutes from the Cabier beach & is in close proximity to groceries, gas station, restaurants, entertainment & churches. The residence sits on one (1) acre of nature friendly land, tucked away on a hillside with a view of the ocean & mountain range.THE SPACE - the property was recently upgraded with simple, modern interior furnishings. The kitchen, dining, living area is an open concept design, which leads to a generous patio space with areas for relaxing, reading & entertainment. The interior walls of the residence is home to some of the most beautiful works of art done my well known local artist. Both bedrooms are spacious, well appointed and include en suite bathrooms. There is a half bath / powder room accessible from the living area. All appliances are brand new & include a small bar refrigerator for storing wines. GUEST ACESS - guest have access to the entire villa which is a single story structure. The main entrance is provided with an access ramp off the private parking area for step free access. As well guest have access to the one (!) acre lot on which the villa is located. The private entrance to the property is met with an assortment of beautiful ornamental flower blooming plants.
