I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very smooth and comfortable experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were professional and attentive. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything needed for work, including stable Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. Overall, an excellent choice for business travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again for future work trips.

뭄바이에서 하루 동안 긴 환승을 하는 동안 이곳에 묵었습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 매우 가까워서(5~10분 거리) 이른 아침에 환승하기가 편리했습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 객실 내 식사는 맛있었습니다. 다만, 아코르 호텔 계정을 만들고 '아코르 키' 앱을 다운로드하여 디지털 룸 키를 생성해야 해서 체크인에 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 단기 숙박에는 이 과정이 불필요하고 시간이 많이 걸리는 것 같습니다. 게다가 뭄바이는 다른 도시에 비해 호텔과 음식 모두 비쌉니다.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. 5 star experience . All the staff,entrance staff treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. The breakfast buffet was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The pool area was very relaxing. Deepa made us feel welcomed and always asked if we needed anything. Overall great hotel and great stay. Defo will return to trident.

위치는 좋으나 호텔이 노후화 되었습니다. 가구, 바닥 등이 모두 비교적 낡았습니다. 침대는 불편할 정도로 단단합니다. 피트니스 룸은 상대적으로 작지만 필요한 모든 것이 좋은 품질을 갖추고 있습니다. 수영장은 햇볕이 잘 드는 편이지만, 라운저에는 얼룩이 가득해 특별히 쾌적하지는 않습니다.
푸네의 다른 호텔들은 상태가 훨씬 좋습니다.
아침 식사는 좋습니다. 잘 먹어라. 직원들은 물론 매우 친절합니다! 푸네에서는 사람들이 정말 좋아요. 불행하게도 우리는 두 번째로 엘리베이터 맞은편에 같은 방을 얻었습니다. 밤 늦게까지 매우 시끄러움. 아마 이 호텔에는 다시 오지 않을 것 같습니다.

가격이 ㅈ같은데, 그냥 무난하게 이용함
2층주면 극구 거부해야함,,(소음있음)
담배필때는 프론트가서 담배핀다고 말하면 종이쪼가리주는데
그거 들고 밖으로 나가면서 출입계같은 방명록 작성하고
나가서, 주차장건물옆으로 있는 앨베타고 P7로 올라가면 담배피는곳있음
조식노맛이니까 추가안해도됨

객실은 전반적으로 깨끗하지만 일부 가구가 낡아 보이고 객실 카펫에는 얼룩이 많고 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 매우 불쾌했습니다.
전망이 인상적입니다.
레스토랑 음식은 괜찮았지만 칵테일 아워 음식은 수준 이하였습니다.
프런트 오피스와 청구 문제가 많았는데, 추가 금액을 청구했는데 제가 지적하자 취소해 주었습니다. 하지만 5성급 호텔에서 이런 사고가 발생할 리가 없습니다.
전반적으로 시내에는 같은 가격(혹은 더 낮은 가격)으로 훨씬 더 나은 서비스를 제공하는 여러 타지 체인 호텔이 있다고 생각합니다.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

RrvyadavVery close to Domestic Airport. Not the Taj vibes. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast spread is average. Quality of food average. Service during breakfast was below average as most of them were trainees and experience black coats were just moving around and not interacting with customers. Definitely not Taj vibes as have stayed at Taj Mahal, Taj Land ends, Taj Kochi and many more. Good for transit passengers only without much expectation.

VV1ndal00-K1ngSuper fantastic 5 star hotel right next to the gateway of India. The service is impeccable and the staff are very attentive and helpful. We booked a half board room which meant we got breakfast and dinner and complimentary drinks in the bar for 90 minutes. Considering the prices of a dish/beverage going half board was definitely a better option. Great clean poolside with clean beds. All the staff are incredible, always checking on you making sure your stay is perfect. They have shops and everything you need all within the hotel. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcoming and everywhere in the hotel smells amazing. We were so happy that we extended our stay another night and they let us keep the same room. 100% will be returning.

CConstantin Andreas WernerThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.
