호텔 환경은 매우 좋지만 청소 및 관리가 다소 부실합니다. 공용 구역의 낙엽과 나뭇가지를 제때 치워야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 텅 빈 것처럼 보입니다. 서양 관광객이 더 많습니다.

수영장은 너무 작아서 아침 식사를위한 선택의 여지가 거의 없습니다. 언급 된대로 레스토랑이나 스카이 바가 없습니다. 그러나 방은 크고 전망이 좋습니다.

1. 호텔은 깨끗하고 위생적이며 서비스 태도는 좋습니다. 많은 관광객들이 기본적으로 만석입니다. 1층은 약간 습하고 위층은 더 좋습니다. 2. Trip.com 게시 된 것은 허위 메시지이며, 주방이 표시되어 있지만 호텔의 모든 객실 유형이 없으며 호텔 관리자도 게시 된 상황을 보여 주었으며 Trip.com 왜 혼란스러운 유도가 명확하지 않습니다. 그래서 게 시장에서 구입 한 해산물은 가공 할 수 없으며 매우 구덩이입니다. 3. Trip.com 객실 유형의 다른 가격은 실제로 호텔과 동일한 객실 유형이 동일하다는 것을 확인했습니다. 하나는 3 인 아침 식사, 다른 하나는 2 인, 내 주문은 3 인이지만 실제로는 2 인이며 호텔은 3 인 아침 식사 메시지를 가지고 있지 않습니다. 4. Trip.com 에 게시 된 허위 메시지로 인해 체크인이 불편하고 하루 일찍 체크 아웃 할 수 있습니다 Trip.com 체크 아웃이 불가능하다고 주장했지만 호텔은 동의하지 않았지만 당시 프론트 데스크에 있었고 호텔은 완전히 동의했으며 주문을받지 못했습니다. 돈은 Trip.com 공제되어 호텔과 관련이 없습니다. 결국 피드백 후 수수료 환불에 동의하고 보상으로 상징적 인 36 위안 빨간 봉투 환불을 주장했지만 아직받지 못했습니다.

I recently visited Vakara Kep with a group of friends for a weekend trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail in the room's setup. The location of the hotel is just perfect—beautiful views and close to everything you’d want to explore in Kep. One of the best parts is its proximity to Kep National Park—I even went for a run there, and the trails were incredible, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Whether we were enjoying a peaceful morning or winding down after a day of adventures, the view never got old. The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, Vakara Kep offered a memorable stay with excellent service, stunning views, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend getaway, with the added bonus of being so close to the beauty of Kep National Park!

I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!

호텔의 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 건축 양식이 마호가니/원목 동남아 스타일이라 호텔에 오시는 분들은 모두 현지 캄보디아인입니다. 호텔은 모두 단독 주택 빌라 또는 타운하우스이며 2층은 없습니다. 총 13~14개 정도의 객실이 있고, 각 객실은 매우 넓습니다. 우리가 머물렀던 트윈룸은 문 앞에 있는 작은 마당을 포함하면 120제곱미터가 넘습니다. 손님이 적기 때문에 프런트 직원이 거주지를 기억하고 이름을 불러주며 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 일반적으로 중국만큼 풍부하지 않습니다. 하지만 수산시장 바로 옆이라 상관없습니다.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

호텔 매니저가 정말 친절하고 도착할때 나와 채팅을 해주었습니다. 바에서 얘기했던 다른 직원들도 친절하고 세심했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 해변과 인근 식당에 딱 좋습니다. 객실은 유리문이 커서 방에서 바다를 쉽게 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 바에는 음료가 많고 음식과 스낵이 가득합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 컸습니다. 차와 커피를 만들 수있는 주전자가 있습니다. 다음에 킵을 방문 할 때 다시 여기에 머무를 것입니다. 킵 비치에서 짧은 체류였습니다!
