Megamal Matahari 바로 옆에있는 호텔 인 Pontianak을 방문 할 때마다 항상 여기에 머 무르십시오 (도보 거리). 다음에 다시 머물 것입니다.

가족, 커플, 형제, 호텔을 모으는 것은 나쁘지 않습니다. 복잡하지 않습니다

Hotel is located in a strategic location with a hospital across the road and many delicious food around. Check in was fast with a big lobby. Card access to rooms. The lift on the right was a bit slow though and sometimes wouldn’t open till you press the door open button. Pool is mainly for kids and the water wasn’t that clean. Didn’t opt for the breakfast. Room was big and clean but the hot water wasn’t consistent. Stayed on the eight floor and the view was fantastic. Parking to lobby was one way, so after you get picked up or dropped off the car has to reverse out. But overall a comfortable stay.

Is a well maintained 3 star hotel. However the service is not good especially the staff at lobby. They do not pay attention to customer booking and give wrong type of room. I booked double bed room gave me two single bed. Too many excuses. I think this is the only well maintained hotel in town. No other choice.

Selected by colleagues. So far no complain. Would say quite good for that area.

애스턴 호텔에 묵을 때마다 직원들이 항상 친절하고 미소를 지으며 응대해 주어서 좋은 추억이 많이 생겼습니다. 항상 최선을 다해 고객을 만족시키려고 노력하는 모습이 보기 좋았습니다. 하지만 호텔 시설은 대체로 오래된 건물에 있는 것 같았습니다. 직원들은 최선을 다해 깨끗하게 유지하고 온수/수도도 잘 나옵니다. 프런트 데스크와 컨시어지 직원들의 쾌활한 태도와 밝은 미소에 감탄했습니다. 제가 집에 가져갈 폰티아낙 과일과 포장 선물용품을 판매하는 멋진 지역 농산물 가게와도 가깝습니다.

4개월 만에 이 호텔에 두 번째로 머물렀습니다. 우리는 특히 아침 식사 위로 해가 뜨는 것을 볼 수 있는 풀사이드 테라스를 좋아했습니다. 직원들은 서비스와 세심함으로 훌륭했습니다.

우리는 여기에 머무르는 놀라운 경험을했습니다(Room625). Pontianak 마을 지역의 중심부에 위치하고 있습니다. roon에는 창문이 있지만 다른 블록을 향하고 있습니다. 멋진 아침 식사. 넓은 방.

Overall it is above average considering the price. The location is quite central. Bathroom cleanliness needs some improvement. There is a multilevel car park beside the hotel which is connected to the hotel by a walkway. Parking is free for hotel guests.
